Spa-Hotels in Devin

The hotel is nice with its unique atmosphere. I enjoyed the facilities outside and the pool too. We tried both an apartment and a house - I'd prefer the first as it is more spacious but still cosy. It has a new spa facility but the inside pool is cold and small. The restaurant is ok and would be nice if the food is levelled up. Breakfast is basic, expect more quality and variety from a 4 star hotel...

We are regular visitors and we love this place. Friendly staff, clean mountain air, breathtaking views and delicious food. During our last visit we noticed few things that are not up to standard. Some of the grilled food that we have ordered was burned, the room where we stayed supposed to be cleaned and organized every morning but we received cleaning service only one time during our stay. Good place for families. Very relaxing place. The staff are very polite and are always there to help. There are two spas, outside and inside pools. The restaurant is large but the food there is mediocre (at best). The only problem we had there is with the food - stomachache from the diner.

The staff is very helpful and kind, the place is very clean and well-maintained. Food is average, no complaints but also nothing to recommend. You have to walk through the yard to reach the SPA center, so it could be a harsh experience during the cold months (Changing and lockers rooms available if you don't want to run wrapped in a towel). Hot zone is not separated from the pool so don't be surprised...

The hotel is good. We stayed at the villas. It was clean. the villa was right next to the forest. Fresh air was very relaxing, especially at mornings with a cup of Coffee

I just got in Devin and this was the first hotel there that i went to. From the outside it didn’t look fabulous but on the inside it was, the staff there were really helpful with a bit of things missing. The hotel is at the perfect place because it's at the center of the city. The restaurant is actually good but the spaghetti Bolognese wasn't good at all. If someone doesn't want to eat in the restaurant there are lots of restaurants around it.

We were lucky to get a room when we arrived as we didn't have a reservation but no vacancies the next day that it was Friday. The lady at reception was friendly and professional,she gave us a room on the top floor. Big room with good beds and mattresses and all the amenities in place. Bathroom comfortable and with good shower options. The spa area is quite nice and the Devin mineral water is famous...

Nice service at good prices. In the center of the town, with relatively big open parking next to it. It is good to be there before lunch in order to find a parking spot. The SPA zone is nothing exceptional. A swimming pool, thermal pool, sauna and a small steam bath. As I said the prices are good and the service was fine. The rooms were clean. Had an issue with the shower, but it was immediately fixed...

The rooms were nice and cozy, the only downside of the room we were in was that the door for the shower cabin was removed, so after taking a shower the whole floor of the bathroom was wet. The staff was very polite and friendly. The breakfast was great, plenty of options. The location was great as well, in the center of the town next to shops, restaurants and everything you need. Nice place for this price range. Rooms are quite big, and furniture was renovated recently. In the baths it is visible that it is old hotel, still baths are useful and nice. Cleanliness was on good level, people's are very polite. Roof of Swimming pool could be fixed a little bit, and some surrounding have some rust marks on them which is normal for humidity on such places - but still it could be...

One of the best spa hotels I have visited. The food is amazing, the staff are very professional. It looses one star because they did let two people with dogs in the hotel, also in the restaurant. Edit: I did put it back to 5 stars because of the service in the restaurant. The waiters are very good.

Beautiful place, staff is friendly and experienced. Everyone has to enjoy spa and the salt room. The food is delicious, mostly local products. No one has to go from here without trying the grill mountains trout- the best I eat so far!

World class Spa at very affordable prices. Both the facilities and the procedures were excellent. The staff was very professional, friendly and we had a great time.

Very good Hotel, but it shouldnt have five stars (as of today) because of the missing good maintenance.

Great for families with child. Less so for couples. Spa is not adults only like in other spa hotels or at least separated. Rest. food good, not expensiv.Decoration, dated.Parking..too few, 15 places.

I liked the hotel very much. Attentive staff, very clean not only in the rooms, but absolutely everywhere !!!! Convenient location. A view of the entire city opens up. Swimming pool with a comfortable temperature. Restaurant with excellent wine collection and cuisine.

Go for location and price, skip the restaurant Liked · Great location - right next to the pedestrian area. Clean rooms. Rooms had everything needed. Good view towards pedestrian area. Stay is cheap. Disliked · Not much parking space. Shower cabin was old, half broken and small as a coffin. Restaurant: more like a cafe, indoor space allows smoking, dishes are not very tasty and service is quirky.

I spent very nice time on this place. Will back again. Location is good, The room was very good and staff is very helpfull. Have a nice Spa center. Good place for relax 😊👍

Careful! The place is abandoned, at least in winter time (January) Still got the best architecture in the town though

Not a bad hotel, it had secure parking but that's not really an issue in this town which had many other hotels often offering good deals

The view of the room was amazing. Good service and kind people. The breakfast was tost with malted chees and ham. Very yummy 😋

Very friendly staff. Always smiling. The view is beautiful and there is a big yard with grass and it's child-friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Amazing view. Well maintained place. The staff were polite and very helpful with directions and ideas about places that were worth visiting. Food was delicious and overall this place is quite a bargain.

A clean, tidy hotel almost in the center of the town of Devin. Pleasant rooms, clean bathroom, hot water. You can arrange breakfast, if you like it. There is a parking lot, a tavern with a fireplace, a TV and a small yard. A taxi from the center to the hotel costs 1.40 BGN

Nice family hotel located in the centre of the town. Beautiful view from our terrace, well heated rooms and adequate SPA facilities made our stay a rather pleasant one. They offer a good selection of breakfast options as well. :)
