Where to stay in Devin

The hotel is nice with its unique atmosphere. I enjoyed the facilities outside and the pool too. We tried both an apartment and a house - I'd prefer the first as it is more spacious but still cosy. It has a new spa facility but the inside pool is cold and small. The restaurant is ok and would be nice if the food is levelled up. Breakfast is basic, expect more quality and variety from a 4 star hotel...

Good place for families. Very relaxing place. The staff are very polite and are always there to help. There are two spas, outside and inside pools. The restaurant is large but the food there is mediocre (at best). The only problem we had there is with the food - stomachache from the diner.

The staff is very helpful and kind, the place is very clean and well-maintained. Food is average, no complaints but also nothing to recommend. You have to walk through the yard to reach the SPA center, so it could be a harsh experience during the cold months (Changing and lockers rooms available if you don't want to run wrapped in a towel). Hot zone is not separated from the pool so don't be surprised...

The hotel is good. We stayed at the villas. It was clean. the villa was right next to the forest. Fresh air was very relaxing, especially at mornings with a cup of Coffee

The hotel is at the perfect place because it's at the center of the city. The restaurant is actually good but the spaghetti Bolognese wasn't good at all. If someone doesn't want to eat in the restaurant there are lots of restaurants around it.

We were lucky to get a room when we arrived as we didn't have a reservation but no vacancies the next day that it was Friday. The lady at reception was friendly and professional,she gave us a room on the top floor. Big room with good beds and mattresses and all the amenities in place. Nice service at good prices. In the center of the town, with relatively big open parking next to it. It is good to be there before lunch in order to find a parking spot. The SPA zone is nothing exceptional. A swimming pool, thermal pool, sauna and a small steam bath. As I said the prices are good and the service was fine. The rooms were clean. The rooms were nice and cozy, the only downside of the room we were in was that the door for the shower cabin was removed, so after taking a shower the whole floor of the bathroom was wet. Nice place for this price range. Rooms are quite big, and furniture was renovated recently. In the baths it is visible that it is old hotel, still baths are useful and nice. A clean, tidy hotel almost in the center of the town of Devin. Pleasant rooms, clean bathroom, hot water. You can arrange breakfast, if you like it. There is a parking lot, a tavern with a fireplace, a TV and a small yard. A taxi from the center to the hotel costs 1.40 BGN

A very clean and neat family hotel in the midst of silence and fresh air, with cultured and polite service. There is no fridge and air conditioner in the room, which is inconvenient in summer.

Best food I ever had in a Bulgarian restaurant! If you want to try traditional Bulgarian food from the Rhodopi mountains you must try Veronica's Smilianski beans! The rooms are well furnished, very clean, with plenty of towels and extremely quiet! This is a place where you can really rest, enjoy and forget about the problems.

An excellent hotel, really similar to an ancient castle, a spacious room, there is a kettle and a fridge in the room, the bathroom is excellent, The service is courteous, polite and welcoming. There is a stream next to the hotel which adds to the atmosphere. We went up the stairs to the first floor. The breakfast is very basic.

The hotel, very characteristic as it is in the shape of a castle, is situated in the Trigrad gorge near the river, which makes it unique if you are a nature lover. Parking spaces are also available and the rooms are beautiful and equipped with the main comforts. I didn't have dinner at the hotel restaurant, while the breakfast was ok. Perhaps the reception/check-in side could be improved with staff...

The view from the town-facing rooms can’t be beat! The decor is outdated and there was a leak in the bathroom of our room, but everything was very clean and well-maintained otherwise. Nice and helpful staff. Complementary breakfast was good. I would love to come back!

This is a luxurious hotel with staff that speak excellent English, the rooms are huge, the bed so comfortable and the food in the restaurant was 5 star. We absolutely rate this hotel!

We had a very pleasant time in the hotel. Rooms are spacious with a big bathroom with two sinks. The staff is very polite and nice, who makes its best for you to feel comfortable and welcomed. The food is tasty. During our stay, we were the only guests in the hotel and nevertheless everyone made us feel taken care of, specially turned on the SPA center, so we'd make the most of our stay.

Rooms were clean and warm when we got there and the heating was on all the time. There was hot water all the time. The hotel is in the center of the village so you can't miss it and the kitchen there was fantastic, everything was very delicious at reasonable prices. The prices for the rooms were ok, a little bit higher I think but with prices these days, they were fine.

Good hotel, quality price is aceptable. The restaurant is convenient. There is a breakfast included with the room. The people attending the restaurant and the hotel are the same a super friendly. Negative points, a lot of flies in the restaurant and the floor tiles in the bathroom were slippery.

We stayed at Malina Villas for 3 nights, December 30 - January 2nd, it was amazing - very nice cottages, very nice place maintained with responsibility and respect. Really good bungalows, warm, really clean, modern bath and kitchen with all daily necessities included. The food at the restaurant was varied, for all something there, typical Bulgarian food as well. The best pizza in the area on menu. Very nice service. Daily cleaning lady in the bungalows.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our family time enjoyable. Its proximity to the slopes makes it perfect for a ski vacation, especially with small kids. We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of the host.

Nice and comfortable cabins next to the ski slope, surrounded by trees. They clean the cabins every day, the staff is friendly. The rooms are warm and you have everything you need at ease. We had half board and all the meals were great! It was our fourth holiday in the same place!

A older looking hotel possible in the 80s but still fabulous as we discovered a lot of hitels and bars were of the same . Staff were polite and accommodating . This is a 2 star hotel but deserves to be at least 3 stars. Clean rooms with nice views, very friendly staff, rich breakfast, nice lobby. They also have a very cool bar. It is close to the ski resort, they also have a shuttle to there. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay there.

This is small but quiet and beautiful hotel in Pamporovo. You have 2 floor under the ground and 2 more flat on the ground. There is no elevator. Shuttle bus for skiing is stop in front of hotel. 50 meters from hotel is a supermarket where you can buy Internet sim cards (but only from Yettel). Everything is clean, hotel is warm and employers are very friendly and always with smile.

This hotel is outstanding. The staff go over and above to make you feel welcome and will do anything to make your stay better. Rooms are warm, cozy, towels changed everyday and the hotel is immaculately clean. It is on the main street. Typically Bulgarian food (which even if you don't like the staff will try to make something for you). Will definitely be back, great hotel.

Cozy, comfortable family hotel with a top location. Good cuisine, friendly service and clean rooms. What more could a person want! The only thing to keep in mind is the lack of an elevator, but for 3 floors, I don't think it's a problem.

I would give 5 stars but there were things that did not work. 1. Phone in the room 811 did not work. 2. WiFi on the 8th floor did not work 3. There was a sign in the kitchen asking all guests to wash their cups and glasses in the kitchen. 4.not even 1 bottle of water complimentary. There is definitely room for improvement

Quiet, clean, the food is good with enough diversity to choose from. This was our second time there with child under 4 and it is probably one of the best places for families.
