Over valued, near the main road. Facility hasn't been refreshed since was build out. Breakfast is limited with 3-4 thungs..

There was no hot water for 2 days in a row. I called the manger and she didn't send anyone to check this problem. The staff is rude and the food is with the lowest quality. They put some kind of pizza on my bill and told me that the they don't have the code for the food that I ordered. The bartenders seem to be underaged and not qualified for their job. Very poor experience and ruined weekend.

Visited yesterday for a family farewell meal, ordered drinks from a Bulgarian waitress who didn’t speak English. The drinks arrived and when asked for the food menu by my son in law she brought us the bill. We tried to explain that we wanted food, she then threw the bill on the table and said “English” with a scathing look and walked away. She was very rude and my advice is avoid if you or any of your party do not speak Bulgarian. My brother went in to complain and a member of staff with some English took our order. There were 7 of us in the party and received 2 pizzas which were good but we were still waiting 1 hour 20 minutes for the remainder of the food that never arrived. We asked for the remainder to be cancelled and we would pay for what we had had. We got a bill for the full order and they said they would pack it as a takeaway. We paid in full to avoid any further distress and when we got back home there was 50% of the order missing. This is one hotel to avoid at all costs if you are from the UK and do not speak the local language. The member of staff who could speak English and had spent 7 years in Manchester was very pleasant and apologetic unlike his colleague who was downright rude and disrespectful and lacked any customer service and person skills.
