What a lovely hotel!
I didn't have reservations but they found me a wonderful room to stay for a couple of nights!
I felt safe and secure the entire time for duration of my stay!
The room was clean and spacious, simple but with everything that you need and nothing that you don't! The bathroom was also lovely!Same as the room, clean and spacious!
Free parking and breakfast included in the price of the room!
I don't know what are people's expectations for continental breakfast, but you have enough varieties to eat something and start with your day happy with full tummy!
The stuff is helpful and friendly and I will be back for sure!

It is a very nice hotel. My room was big and clean and I had a very nice view from my balcony, actually two balconies (180° view). The restaurant was very cozy and had a nice vibe .

Lovely stay, and a fantastic rate for the room, 3 beds for us and 2 children, clean and spacious. The restaurant serves excellent food for a fair price and service was quick and polite. The free breakfast was also excellent with a barrista making delicious made to order coffee drinks. We did not have a chance to stay long enough to enjoy the pool and gym but we would absolutely stay here again. It is in a quite area with amazing views of Sofia from the top floor.

Our second year staying at Jasmin.
The breakfast was poorer than last year, but ok, can't complain considering the price of the accommodation.
Room is spatious, bed is comfortable, extra pillows in the cupboard (discovered the morning we left).
People are nice and accommodating, even though few of them speak English (the ones who were serving breakfast), we got through, no problems there.
Very good for our tranzit stay to Greece, quiet and comfortable.

Pros: The rooms appear to be recently updated and clean. Cons: Initially, there was a strong smell of perfume, which I didn't like so I left the door to the balcony open for an hour, but it was cold. In the morning, there was a smell of cigarettes from someone smoking outside I think.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable ...but dirty.... the cleaning service is non existent...even after few complains...same thing for the restaurant of the hotel...nasty service ....they do not know what a warm breakfast is...eggs, sausages...every thing cold... A place to be avoid.

Price is OK. Rooms are nice and big. It's located in a quiet area so it's silence and recluted. Breakfast was great. They have a sign that it is forbidden to take away food or fruit when you leave the restaurant!!! 😳 There is a corner shop actually on the corner of the hotel so it's very convenient. There is a restaurant across the street where you can get good food at reasonable price. They also have an exterior pool with a small relax area. The water in the pool is not heated so expect to get a small shock or a minor heart attack...

Bicycle tourist here. Your bicycle can go inside a side entrance. If you request, they might be able to put in in the outside eating area by the breakfast. Forgot to take a photo of the bike, but you can see the random hall where they put mine.
Hot water, nice restaurant, most rooms are away from the street. There is an ATM right outside the hotel. Nice staff!
My only complaint is some locals got drunk in the room above me and were stomping around and setting down their beers so loud I could hear it. I told the desk at 2am about the noise. He went and talked to them, but the loud noise making continued till about 3am.
That pretty much ruined all my sleep, but if you don’t have noisy guests around, you will really enjoy your stay.
