Beautiful place with a great open yard, swimming pool and a playground. Peaceful place situated next to the Rila Mountains. Close to Musala ( highest peak in Bulgaria). Very friendly and hospitable staff.

The location, the pool, the fact we had a separate house for ourselves. The personnel were really nice people. They gave us a barbecue and we used it in the yard.

Nice and calm place. Houses are clean and they have everything that you need for relaxing vacations. 2 swimming pools one for kids and one for adults. One thing that I not like is that they not have restauran and you must take your food from out side of this house complex.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our car got stuck on the road during the heavy snow and they went out of their way to come help us drive it to the main road. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the sauna as well as jacuzzi. Regular bus to drive you to the slopes and cozy atmosphere.

One of the receptionist bearly speaks any English which could be difficult when it comes to FAQ or booking transport back to the chalets. Other than that, the place is fantastic with 5 out of 5 view!

Great place. Our chalet comfortably dealt with 4 adults and 4 rampaging children. The on site pool and hot tub was a welcome distraction for the little ones. Good bar and restaurant with reasonably priced food. The in site shop is very basic so try and pick stuff up before returning to the chalets at the end of the day

I adore going there. It's warm, it has everything you need, they are welcoming pets, which is awesome! Perfeft place to chill after some slops.

I love it. It is cosy and warm and great for getting together with friends or having a romantic weekend with a partner. But heating is always on max thus it is super hot inside. The Staff is a bit rude and the water is not drinkable.

The resort is not in a walking distance from the village center and ski slopes (while carrying or wearing any ski equipment), but there is a free bus shuttle service available. Stayed at chalet Tomba. Worked out a good amount of space for our group of six (two a couple) - 3 bedrooms, 2 wcs (1 with shower). A couple of hobs for cooking with plenty of pots and pans. Sauna a nice touch with room for 3. Some confusion with towels - we didn't get enough and they were never replaced, but pretty minor issue.

Ideal for a group of up to 6 people like us. The kids loved the cozy rooms on the second floor. Cooking is possible, but there are also good restaurants nearby. Not too far from slopes and lifts.

Had a reallY nice stay here! It was close to the end of the season so felt like we were the only guests there! But this meant we were really well looked after.
