Absolutely love it! This was the third time I visit this hotel in a few years. Every time it's extremely clean in the rooms. The spa is also clean and the breakfast is good and enough. One time we had dinner at the restaurant. And we was pleasantly surprised with the service and the food. The food was unique and super delicious.

A very pretentious place. Gold-painted walls, fake ancient-like columns in the restaurant, plush everywhere. The rooms are ok, but the view outside is not good - industrial setting. The Hotel is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and have extremely comfortable beds. We enjoyed the spa. This is honestly the best spa hotel we've been to in Bulgaria. The pool, the saunas and steam room, the delicious food in the restaurants, the garden, the view, the impeccably designed rooms, the excellent service.. I could go on and on but one must really visit the place to soak it in and see what I'm talking about. It was worth every penny. Can't wait to visit it again with the wife and son.

I’d really recommend this little hotel. It is about 5 km from the town of Tryavna and has lovely views. It is set in countryside and very peaceful. I have not been there and I will not express personal impressions. But I will say that the last few comments are made by people who have never set foot in this place. You judge how credible statements of rough treatment are when they are made by individuals who were not there.

Definitely doesn't deserve the 4 stars which stand under the sign. Even after the pandemic and being closed for several months, the place was poorly maintained. The staff were doing their best to be polite and professional but for some of them it was obvious that they were poorly trained at their job. The hotel is very nice, our room was spacious and clean! It is great for a family with a small child, there is a playground with toys and a trampoline. It is located in the center, in a very convenient place. Our breakfast was amazing, different every day. The service was on a level, as well as the good attitude. We will be back again! All in all a fairly ok place, but I was expecting more when I booked it. The woman that greeted us was very rude, when we got in our room in the evening it turned out we are the only guests in the hotel so we were left completely alone in the whole building (no reception whatsoever), strange noices coming from the heating, the bathroom was a bit dirty and there was mould inside

Quiet, cozy, peaceful, you can see roofs, small gardens, forest, the old part of the city - where is it, 3 minutes' walk away. Rest. Silence. Flowers on the terrace. Offers massages, fitness.

Not a bad hotel with helpful staff, the surprise was in the morning set menu the sandwiches with yellow cheese and ham were lightly baked only on top without adding butter or margarine and the slices were raw. A very calm place for relaxation and a weekend family holiday. No air conditioning though, hence the missing star. By European standards it is very cheap.

The yard is unique, there are two large trampolines, hammocks, lounge chairs, swings, a slide, many different children's toys, etc. The staff is very good and responsive. I have no opinion in the hotel part as we only used the restaurant of the hotel because we couldn't find any other places with free table to have dinner. The food and prices are OK, don't expect something more than that. The service was OK as we were served quite quickly but then we had to wait and ask the waitress twice for a dessert and the check as we had to go.

The Hotel has great placement right in the middle of the town centre. There are tables outside which are perfect when the weather is warm. The prices are more than reasonable and the food is good (the lunch menu has nice choices often with some more traditional Bulgarian dishes). Overall, it's one of the best choices in the city if you want to go for a meal or afternoon drinks with your friends

The owner of the hotel was quite nice, helped us with all the information we needed about our stay. The easy parking (private parking) is a plus, the proximity to the city center and all the restaurants is surely a plus (max 1-2 min to center by foot). The room and the bathroom were very clean.
