This is honestly the best spa hotel we've been to in Bulgaria. The pool, the saunas and steam room, the delicious food in the restaurants, the garden, the view, the impeccably designed rooms, the excellent service.. I could go on and on but one must really visit the place to soak it in and see what I'm talking about. It was worth every penny. Can't wait to visit it again with the wife and son.

A fantastic traditional Bulgarian hotel set up high in the mountains, surrounded by woodland and natural beauty. The rooms are not huge, but very clean and excellent value. I’d really recommend this little hotel. It is about 5 km from the town of Tryavna and has lovely views. It is set in countryside and very peaceful. A very calm place for relaxation and a weekend family holiday. No air conditioning though, hence the missing star. By European standards it is very cheap.

The yard is unique, there are two large trampolines, hammocks, lounge chairs, swings, a slide, many different children's toys, etc. The staff is very good and responsive. Very well preserved hotel it had everything you need for a couple of nights stay, there are no fancy stuff like spa or a swimming pool. The walls were a bit thin, but the personal was nice, the room was clean and the bed comfortable

With searing summer heat and too many hotels with only floor fans, we entered our room to very cold ac. We loved it and were able to adjust it easily. There was a small kitchenette and two double beds. Daisy and her husband host this family hotel right in the middle of the old town. The included breakfasts are creative and delicious.

Not too bad for a short stay. Poor bad linen, the towels had a dark colour, they have been probably white long time ago. Cigarette smell in the rooms. The reception service was very good but the breakfast lady definitely is not happy with her job. She made us feel like we are disturbing her, huffing and puffing.

Spacious rooms with a great location, but the air in the rooms is very damp. Combined with the fact that the air conditioning typically doesn't work, and it can be very hard to sleep at night.

Decent, but how other people pointed out, this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Kind a communist decorated. The breakfast was decent. The location is pretty close to the center but the area is kind of steep and if you have a big car you will have a tough tine parking in their indoor garage. Amazing! Nice hotel, cozy and has a private jacuzzi and sauna. The jacuzzi is initially set at 38-39 degrees, you can adjust it. I recommend this room. The location is very good.

The hotel is on a high ground, has a beautiful garden, and the restaurant serves very good food. There are 4 meals to choose from for breakfast, not a buffet breakfast. But the taste is very good. The terrace outside the restaurant has fresh air and overlooks the city. It is very beautiful.

The bathroom could be improved, as the shower is above the toilet, which is quite strange and uncomfortable, as after a shower the whole bathroom is wet. Otherwise it is a fantastic hotel in a quiet area about 10 minutes by car from the city. Very good restaurant.

An accidental choice, turned one of the most favorite places! Loved the hotel - everything is spotless clean, the beds are comfortable and the view is gorgeous. The staff is just fantastic - the owner took us to our car, led us back, cooked for us and made sure we were super comfortable. The breakfast, too, was abundant and delicious :) Felt like VIPs overall.

Food & views. We got them both big time. Three times we returned there to get more and never left disappointed. Service is friendly, food is simple and exceptionally prepared and recommended wine Starosel Merlo was a great pairing. All the meals were prepared fast.

The hotel is located on the main street, is clean with friendly staff. The room was big enough and well equipped. Breakfast was terrible, fortunately there is a kind of bakery linked to the hotel which can be an alternative for the breakfast. Also the lobby bar opens early enough and serve a good coffee.
