Not too bad for a short stay. Poor bad linen, the towels had a dark colour, they have been probably white long time ago. Cigarette smell in the rooms.
The reception service was very good but the breakfast lady definitely is not happy with her job. She made us feel like we are disturbing her, huffing and puffing.

The location of this hotel is very good, it takes around 10 minutes by walking to get to the center. It was really clean and the room was cozy. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The staff from the reception was nice and helpful.
What we didn’t like was that the lady from the restaurant was pretty unfriendly. We asked for a coffee and she rolled her eyes before making us some. When some other girl asked for water she had the same reaction, like she was being bothered by us. Other than that, the furniture could use an upgrade as it was exfoliating, but all in all we had a nice 2-nights stay.
I recommend this place for short stays.

The reception desk was super helpful. I was inquiring about Christmas Day dinner with my boyfriend’s family during our visit, and the hotel was very responsive to my request and helped secure a dinner reservation for us.

The room was very comfortable - we had a balcony overlooking the city and the mountain. It was so lovely to wake up to the sunny view. The pool was nice and the sauna (although small) was another bonus. I do wish that the pool would open earlier than 10 am so we could get some morning lap swimming in.

There was a fitness room; while small, it was unexpected, given it was a boutique hotel.

Parking was free and easy, also another bonus.

My only minor complaint was the breakfast - the selection was limited, and there wasn’t any fresh fruit. Despite that, I’d still recommend this hotel if you are looking for a restful stay.

this hotel is super amazing! the room was clean and we didn’t ask for anything, because it already had it! breakfast was very delicious! it also has a spa and pool! water in pool is really warm, so i swam without any problems! administrator on reception is very kind , and friendly! when we asked for a towel for spa, brought us very fast!! also replied to all our questions! so this hotel is 5/5!

Wonderful hotel with (limited) underground parking and inside pool. It's in walkable distance to main tourist sights.

Great location, very comfy bed and tasty breakfast. Also, very helpful for our need was the late check-in. Would definitely come back when we travel to Veliko Tarnovo next time.

It's a cosy place, on a quiet street, but close to the city center. The rooms are tidy and comfortable and the staff is really nice and helpful. They offer free access to the pool, sauna, gym and underground parking. Definitely a nice place to stay when visiting Veliko.

Lovely small hotel 3 minutes walk from the main street. There is underground parking, swimming pool and sauna, as well as a spa. The friendly staff speaks English. The hotel is new and beautifully decorated. Our room was very cozy with plush carpets. Everything is very clean and tidy. Lovely shower and toilet. Good breakfast in the morning. We really enjoyed. Feel free to order. You will be satisfied.
