Hotel with a nice view of veliko. But the breakfast needs to be improved

The restaurant is awful, the waitress yelled at us after we asked why our friend's food hasn't arrived even after we ate our desserts..Also, she brought food for another table before she served us, even tho they arrived later..And some workers were changing the carpet IN FRON OF US! (USING VACUUM CLEANER WHILE WE WERE EATING)

The hotel is located on the main street, is clean with friendly staff. The room was big enough and well equipped. Breakfast was terrible, fortunately there is a kind of bakery linked to the hotel which can be an alternative for the breakfast. Also the lobby bar opens early enough and serve a good coffee. I did not tried the restaurant, for eating I recommend Asenevtsi which is about 300 m from the hotel. All the other restaurants nearby are below average. Overall was a positive experience, but far for being 4* hotel..

Location and view are great. The staff is friendly.I recommend for travel tours of the region. We easily reached Etara and other historical places nearby.
