Great hotel, amazing service, the food was good, I think there's more to be done about the spa area though, the water in the pool was colder than what I'd expect but it was still nice experience. The halls are amazing for events, suited with lots of room for groups and nice bar area which you can utilize. If you look out the windows you can also see a huge cross atop the hill, which I found amazing...

Came with a large group of 70 people. They handled us all with care. Food was delicious. Services were on point. Rooms are tidy and clean. They could slightly improve in furniture, tho.

Nice, convenient location in the heart of City of Dupnitsa. Large rooms, central air, modern bathrooms, free breakfast. Very comfortable beds! Rest assured! Recommended!

One of the few hotels in the city of Dupnitsa. If one really needs to be in the city one will survive a night. The bathroom is good and clean. There is good air-conditioning system. The breakfast was good and enough. The walls are dirty and the paint is very old. There are ants is some of the rooms. The sheets are dirty and there are holes in it. I cant really complain about my stay as room was modern but breakfast menu was very limited (i ate crossaints for 2 weeks & can never face one again). I stayed here on bussiness i was there with my boss working on site doing an installation for a customer fpr 2 weeks, This hotel is quiet large & i can say we were the only people staying here for the whole time i had no idea how this place can afford...

Very good and spacious room. Breakfast is poor but is still an excellent value for money you pay. Attention: the location of this hotel is shown wrong in Google maps and offline navigator!

Hotel Panorama is the discovery of the year for me - a wonderful place very near the 7 Rila Lakes and the Skakavitsa Lodge and waterfall. We arrived around 6pm and the receptionist Nikoleta greeted us like family and explained everything you need to know and beyond! Good isolated place, all the things in the hotel are very basic. Good for a ski base for the 7 lakes. The gym was great. Breakfast is very simple.

Shower and toilet combination was a bit awkward. Service was great, food was good and the price quality ratio is excellent. We had a nice walk around the lakes during the day which is super close and could relax in the hotel with some beers and played pool in the night. Breakfast was just a sandwich with some cheese, ham and egg.

The best customer service we have experienced in Bulgaria!!! From the time of booking, throughout our stay, and even after we left (forgetting our hats in the hotel), the reception staff went over and above to accommodate all our needs and look after us in a truly caring way. Amazing hotel, located at about 1,400 m. height, you’re in the mountain, surrounded by nature and fresh air. Tasteful design of both the hotel and restaurant, which offers delicious meals. Very good breakfast too.

The hotel is brand new and it is apparent that there has been some thought into pretty much everything that would be of the comfort for the guests. The kitchen is fantastic, the service is fantastic. Just an excellent place. We will be back soon.

A unique hotel in the most beautiful mountain. A worthy brother of the 103 hotel in Sapareva Banja. Can't wait to visit it when everything is covered in snow! And the dishes in the restaurant??? Delicious 😋

Hotel with a splendid view, both on Rila mountains​ and Vitosha mountain. Nice room, good beds, nice shower, pleasant staff, nice breakfast and good diner. Fair price.

The location of the place is great. The hotel is 1* category, but definitely offers much greater services than many other hotels in higher categories. The rooms are spacious enough, the hygiene is very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is relatively modest, but the food on the menu is very well prepared. I fell in love with "Anel biscuit cake".

The restorant and food i would give 5 stars without hesitation. It is great and cheap. If you kindly ask them they might give you to pay with the card at the reception. P.s. The area to seat outside in April-May was very small, only 2 tables. The hotel seems old and not properly maintained.

I mean it Is not bad but it could be better probaby by putting things in the cabinets for the kitchen and not be completely empty but it was a good place to sleep in I also kind of wish the hot tub actually had water and that the shower had one of the bag door things so water would not go everywhere also most of the te there was no-one at the front desk probably because there was only 1 other family...

Superbly located in the embrace of Rila mountain surrounded by luscious pine forest this hotel offers complete piece & relaxation. The rooms are spacious all with balconies overlooking the forest. Even thought a bit outdated, they are clean & comfortable. The hotel restaurant offers a good selection of traditional Bulgarian dishes. Tasty, descent portions & reasonable prices.
