One of the few hotels in the city of Dupnitsa. If one really needs to be in the city one will survive a night. The bathroom is good and clean. There is good air-conditioning system. The breakfast was good and enough. The walls are dirty and the paint is very old. There are ants is some of the rooms. The sheets are dirty and there are holes in it. I cant really complain about my stay as room was modern but breakfast menu was very limited (i ate crossaints for 2 weeks & can never face one again). I stayed here on bussiness i was there with my boss working on site doing an installation for a customer fpr 2 weeks, This hotel is quiet large & i can say we were the only people staying here for the whole time i had no idea how this place can afford...

Very good and spacious room. Breakfast is poor but is still an excellent value for money you pay. Attention: the location of this hotel is shown wrong in Google maps and offline navigator!

The girl working at the front desk was super friendly and informative. I had a great sleep in their hotel room, the mattress is so comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and well equiped. Only thing is it was over the main road so it was a little noisey. The spa was wonderful and a great advantage. The massage (extra cost) was amazing.

Excellent place for adults and kids. Perfect and spacious interior. Friendly attitude, good cuisine, warm pools. ☺️ BUT: every snack or coffee or bottled water you encounter at your room's table is NOT free service 😞.

A nice small spa hotel with boutique feel. The spa is not big with real mineral water (hot and with strong smell). The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant offers great cuisine. Service is friendly and responsive. Overall recommended.

The pools are clean and not crowded, the hotel is clean as well, but desperately needs a renovation. The food is good and the staff is very friendly.

Beds are not comfortable and they make too much noise. They have small toilet without separeted place to shower. Everything else is fine. They are not expensive.

The food and the staff were at a very good level. The room was clean and hot. The pools inside and outside were hot and almost clean, but based on the fact there were so many people I am not surprised that the maintenance is not an easy process. Please, invest more money and reach the next level. Thus place is awesome.

I will start with the cons: 1. The outside and inside pool was not cleaned. 2. We had the bad luck to face problem with the pool's pump and one day we hadn't warm water in the pools and also in the room's heating. 3. No refrigerator in the room. 4. No elevator. 5. The breakfast was simple, cut tomatoes, white and yellow cheese, few sorts of sausages, breath, butter, jam and fried eggs,.... respectively...

The hotel is great value for money! We stayed there after a hike to the Rila lakes and it was all perfect - the staff were polite, the apartment was nice and clean, spa was good and the outdoors pool was great with lots of beds on the side to rest. Food in the restaurant is also good and quite cheap. Altogether great stay there, would recommend!

I've been visiting this place 3 years in a row . For 3 stars hotel is very good.clean tidy recommend apartments they are very good rooms are small but do the trick. The food is good and the personnel is OK. The rooms are not very big but sufficient. The beds are not very comfortable and there are garden lights on all evening. The spa zone is not very big but the sauna is ok. Good prizes.

Hotel Panorama is the discovery of the year for me - a wonderful place very near the 7 Rila Lakes and the Skakavitsa Lodge and waterfall. We arrived around 6pm and the receptionist Nikoleta greeted us like family and explained everything you need to know and beyond! Good isolated place, all the things in the hotel are very basic. Good for a ski base for the 7 lakes. The gym was great. Breakfast is very simple.

Shower and toilet combination was a bit awkward. Service was great, food was good and the price quality ratio is excellent. We had a nice walk around the lakes during the day which is super close and could relax in the hotel with some beers and played pool in the night. Breakfast was just a sandwich with some cheese, ham and egg.

From the time of booking, throughout our stay, and even after we left (forgetting our hats in the hotel), the reception staff went over and above to accommodate all our needs and look after us in a truly caring way. The location of the hotel is exceptional and very convenient. Travel time from Sofia is less than 90 min and it's great that there is onsite parking. The temperature in the hotel and the room was perfect to get warm and feel cozy. The food was delicious.

I only used the event hall and it served the purpose. It's quite small but big enough for geoups of 20-30 people. Good location but the yard needs some attention.

The room we slept in was pretty big and the bathroom was also big but it had no balcony. Breakfast was not that diverse and you did not have many options but it was quite tasty 😋! The location was convenient because it had a parking lot and the motel was pretty close to the highway. Overall a good place to stay overnight!👍

Really good place overall. We were able to book it on the same day as we arrived. The receptionist was really nice and waited for us to arrive late in the night. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only downside was the breakfast which was a bit lacking but a great place to stay overall!

A modern, clean hotel set at the edge of Govedartsi. There are beautiful mountain views from the balcony. The hosts are very welcoming, accomodating and friendly. They speak perfect English and were happy to make lunch packs for our day walks. The food was delicious traditional bulgarian dishes and a large buffet continental breakfast was provided. This place is amazing! We got a room facing the mountains and it was beyond magical to see. It is located in the edge of the village so its more iaolated and quiet. The family staff was very nice and welcoming. The food in the restaurant is tasty and not expensive. We will definetly come back on our next trip to Bulgaria.

Very good cuisine. Dinner was excellent. Waitress was very polite and caring. They even cooked out of the menu for our vegetarian friends. Region is known for its tasty potatoes and definitely you can find them there. Owner of the hotel came personally to ask and make sure we are satisfied with our stay.

The place is great, always warm and welcoming. Owners always make you feel at home, there is no too small or too big request for them.

One of the best places to ski in Bulgaria! Certainly very unique in it's location and style. There is almost nothing around, so you can ski freely ball you want, and there is an elevator going from your hotel room to the ski life ..I kid you not! Overall, we had so much fund and will repeat for sure!!:)

The best off-piste spot in Bulgaria! Stick to the pow 20-50m right from the lift for the time of your life! PS: brace yourselves for some technical narrow paths at the bottom of the hill! Keep in mind that you simply have to take your board off for 20m of walking at the very bottom, but IT'S WORTH IT!!!

Unknown destination, remarkable nature, kind hosts, beautiful building. And a large comfortable bed. Access to Borovets is easy. From here you can attack the beauties of Rila. The restaurant offers warmth and food. And I will remember the sunrise forever.

Unfirtunatelly the hotel decided to refarbish the two small pools that are the only ones with mineral water and it took over 2 days. The smell if the owint was awful and could be smelled the third day after. The other pools -one inside and one outside were operatonal but there the water is mixed with cold tab water and has a lot of chlores that this time was really too much! They open the foors to...

Food shall be of better quolity when meet is concerned, and pillows too, curtons washed at least once a year, children controled not to jump all the time in the pools.
