Nice hotel!

Excellent hotel: comfortable and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, good SPA with thermal water and pool, friendly and professional staff. It was a pleasure to spend the day here. I recommend it to everyone.

Avoid staying here! When we arrived the room was at 27 degrees and the air conditioning was not functioning. After discussing with the hotel staff (front desk, manager, maintenance and cleaning) they told us the Air Con could not be turned on until the following day.
We ended up moving hotels as the room was too hot to sleep in and their advice of “opening the window” would’ve let in the noise of the “DJ party” we were informed of when we checked in, not that having the window open made any difference to the temperature, either.
After moving hotels we organised with Booking.com for a refund but the hotel lied to Booking.com about the aircon situation and refused a refund.
Avoid at all costs - this is a very expensive hotel for Bulgaria, and is not worth the terrible service and poor accommodation.

The room was basic but great breakfast and Amazing dinner , the spa was also very nice.

Excellent location, perfect condition of the rooms, restaurant and spa center as well as common parts of the building. Private parking across the street that allows parking at any time. never get's too crowded. the staff was extremely nice and friendly everywhere in the hotel. We even booked our next stay there. Price is very reasonable considering the high level of services. The only remark I have to the hotel management is if they can assure a bartender at the lobby bar after 11PM. it's very nice hotel for couples as well for families with children. a playground is available on a walking distance from the hotel in the park across the street.

The girl working at the front desk was super friendly and informative. I had a great sleep in their hotel room, the mattress is so comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay.
The room was nice and well equiped. Only thing is it was over the main road so it was a little noisey.
The spa was wonderful and a great advantage. The massage (extra cost) was amazing.

Excellent place for adults and kids. Perfect and spacious interior. Friendly attitude, good cuisine, warm pools. ☺️
BUT: every snack or coffee or bottled water you encounter at your room's table is NOT free service 😞.

A nice small spa hotel with boutique feel. The spa is not big with real mineral water (hot and with strong smell). The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant offers great cuisine. Service is friendly and responsive. Overall recommended.

Clean, new and cozy hotel. The sky bar at the roof top is fantastic. Nice attention to detail in interior and exterior. Excellent breakfast even at the closing hour. The only negative thing is tremendous use of glass doors and walls in spa area, disturbing the sense of privacy there. The restaurant is little too pricey, but the food and the atmosphere are excellent.
