Hotel is ok, rooms are spacious and modern. No balcony. Breakfast rather average for a 4* hotel. Central, but gad to use google maps to find it again when going out.

People by the reception are one of the kindest people we met and very helpful, we had some problems with other guests and the staff took care of all, definitely coming back to Pazardzhik since is so cheap and wonderful city with free zoo and a lot of park's! It is build with attention to detail and obviously with a lot of love from owners and it is guided by very professional and helpful management, ready to help in every situation. If you are by car, this is a problem, since it is located in the very center of the blue zone and there is really only one free parking space, but this is + since it is in the very center of the old city. This place is used for balls, weddings and celebrations, there are rooms for guests who have had too much in the restaurant and can get a room to sleep in and not drive drunk. The place is located right in the center of the city of Pazardzhik. Around it there are other establishments that guests of the city can visit.

Room was excellent, very clean and comfortable bed. When we arrived we found out there was going to be a party downstairs until 2am. We wish they could have inform us sooner.

The friendly of the staff that genuinely helpful. They went above to accommodate us by cater our breakfast beyond our expectations. Recommended and definitely will come back. I think they deserve more than one star.

Cozy restaurant with great Bulgarian cousine. Air contodioned but old and not too "fresh" rooms. The restaurant gets quite noisy in the evening - actually you can even hear the turmoil in the rooms. Poor parking conditions and unstable wifi.

Well positioned at the entrance to Peshtera, the location is clean and the staff is very friendly. The hotel complies with anti-covid requirements. The rooms are large, well furnished, with large TV, minibar. The restaurant is open all day, the menu is varied and well presented. Breakfast seems a bit poor but still satisfying. No fruit, and just one kind of red juice, I don't know what it was....

We stopped for a lunch and it was pleasant and delicious. It is my third time for last two years and I may say that quality of the food and service is always good. I did not had the chance to stay in the hotel and could not comment the rooms. But there is wonderful garden with great small swimming pool next to the restaurant. Definitely recommend the place for lunch or dinner.

This is a review of the bar part; just a standard bar nothing terribly stand out about it, it has a wide variety of things to choose from and the prices aren't too bad, location is great especially throughout the night.

Comfortable and clean hotel with great view. There are beautiful and good restaurant and lobby bar with alot paintings. The food and drinks taste great and the staff works fast. Also you can go to the museum. In this museum can see some beautiful retro cars.

A very nice place. Its a good place to have a cup of coffee or go to the bar at night. There is something missing to add it some charm. I do strongly recommend visiting it !

Very nice hotel. The best in the city. But you have night party somwhere outside you have to ask the reception what to do in order to go back in your room

Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and cozy. The only (very minor) drawback is that the restaurant is managed by 1-2 people and sometimes it takes a while to deliver a meal. Other than that, the food is delicious and I recommend this hotel.

It was very clean, the room we've been in had view to the lake The food was delicious, the personnel was nice. It is perfect for escape from the city. It has everything a person needs to relax and reset :)

The jacuzzi wasnt working, the lady responsible for the spa wasn't realy kind. For this price there are much better places. The spa is small and there is no pool, they just warm it for us and keep on asking us should they turn off the spa if we are not planing to use it. The brekfast included wasn't buffet and you could get only one dish or sandwich. The hotel itself looks nice with beautiful view...

Great garden, suitable for a family vacation. Great location. Everything that is needed for preparation of food or barbecue in the yard is at guests' disposal. Bathrooms need some refurbishing, otherwise all is perfect.

A small paradise in the not very appealing town of Perushtitsa. It has actually two houses, one of which is older but still clean and tidy as the new one. Even with the spiral staircase to the the third floor, it is pleasant and somehow romantic, especially the room with a normal window. Wonderful garden with some shady benches and a swing.

Two different buildings - old and new. If are unlucky to get a room in the old one you miss 1/2 of the complex extras. No price discount for old building.

Place is very calm suited in little town close to Plovdiv. Nature is very beautiful and there are several interesting mounting routes and historical places around Perushtica to be visited. House cointains 8 rooms with common kitchen and SPA area at the ground floor. There is a restaurant into the garden and a few markets suited very close to the house. People from the hotel are very kind and responsive...

We had a great time! Lovely and cozy guest house, surrouded by beautiful nature. Friendly and available staff. There are many interesting sights around to see. If you need to escape the big city and have a relaxing weekend, I recommend this complex.

A little old and bad for me, but there were a lot of people, the water in the pool was pleasantly warm to the warm.

One medium-sized swimming pool and one for children - clean, sunbeds and umbrellas are included in the ticket, a large and clean lawn, a large parking lot - everything is good so far. The restaurant and the bar are bad - minimal assortment and service, bring a full cooler bag

The hotel is located in the city center, very well renovated and furnished, but it has been closed for a long time. The hotel is closed, the restaurant and the cafe are closed.

A real hotel with reception and keycard for a very nice price. The serve breakfast in the garden. The parking nearby is free.

The cuisine is nice but they have issues with the timing of the service. It takes long to order and get food despite having just a few tables. Better make a reservation beforehand

We were celebrating my son's birthday. They have a great base, which I think needs to be worked on a little more. The animator is not worth them, not even. If I had known she was so weak, I would have hired an outsider. But all in all it was a fun time and we left smiling.

An extremely peaceful place - relaxing and energizing with a good feeling. Clean rooms. The biggest attraction is the opportunity to ride or just admire the beautiful horses.

Small hotel in the quiet district. 10min cycling to the channel. 30min cycling to the nearest mountains. Clean comfortable room, very friendly personnel.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff members are always kind and fun, friendly, approachable and help around. Didn’t have a lighter and one of the staff members gifted me his, forgot my charger at home and they gave me one of theirs, otherwise I may not have been able to wake up for work the next day! Happy to go there every so often!

The place is located in a modern neighborhood, which of course has its downsides - the road to the hotel is almost non existent and it's not easy to find it. However, the hotel is clean and cozy. Service is excellent, there is a small bar available with limited variety of options, but still it's ok. It was a bit noisy in the night, the person at the reception seemed to had been doing some work.

Was there on short business trip to Plovdiv. Easy to reach with free parking possibilities. Nice area, rooms were very clean and spacious and most important quiet. So could work and rest without being disturbed. Staff always nice and friendly, so altogether fully recommend.

Friendly helpful staff, beautiful location. Buffet food was also good. Pool is lovely and warm. My fiancé lost her bracelet in the pool , and staff immediately searched for it and found it. Will definitely return.

The reason i gave only 4 stars is because of the language barrier. Allmost none of the staff speaks english, all the food descriptions at the morning and evening buffes where in bulgarian, kirilic caracters, and all the tv where whith the menu in bulgarian. Another drawback was the werry poor wireless coverage, that was almost nonexistent in the rooms. This being said, the overall experience was great...

Incredible place! We stayed at the separate Villas - cozy and spacious house with a fireplace. Amazing SPA and food services. The whole staff is extremely supportive and polite! Recommend the Resort!

The surrounding area is really beautiful and quiet, great to have a relaxing vacation. Parking spaces for guests are definitely to be improved, I had to park on a very uneven dirt ground without marking on the opposite side of the hotel. They have an outdoor and indoor heated pool with a jacuzzi, but there were no showers to use before or after the pool. Rooms are good, but some small repairs are needed...

I’d give this hotel 3 stars. It was good but the rooms don’t look like in the photos. The bathroom is very uncomfortable as the toilet and the sink are almost under the shower - there is no room enough. The food was bad. We had breakfast and dinner included - buffet. We also had launch at the restaurant - it was not delicious at all. The spa is ok, there is hammam, salt room, sauna, infrared sauna...

The rooms were clean and nice. The restaurant offered some delicious options. They agreed to prepare for us sandwiches in the morning instead of the regular breakfast, as we had to leave very early.

Great family hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The food in the restaurant was very taysaty too. Personnel was very polite and helpful. Only 4* as there was no AC in the rooms. Heating is done only centrally.

The hotel is nice and the restaurant is very tasty and quick service, but the amenities are very limited. There's only sauna and jacuzzi, and are limited per request and additional payments. The rooms are clean but there isn't much of a view since you're in the middle of the road. It has a comfortable location if you plan on moving around with a car and there's parking.
