Very special location on the edge of an amazing nature reserve and just 200 meters away from the Turkish border. Very comfortable hotel, very clean.

Despite the fact that this hotel does not have an elevator and it's not easy to find it when you reach the village, my experience is grated as exceptional. Clean, tide, awesome owners and personal. Nice provincial food and surrounding. Fitts perfect to those who need relaxation i.e. after burnout.

We felt so looked after at Rezvaya House! The hosts were wonderful and made sure we have everything we need. Our room was so tidy and clean it is great to see such standard of service in Bulgaria! Best value for money at the Black Sea. Big thank you, we will be back 💗

Very nice, polite and helpfull hosts. The house is clean, relaxing garden, the village is quiet, good food and fresh fish.

We had a pleasant and, above all, quiet apartment, where we received a very friendly welcome. There was enough space for the children and us. Especially suitable for families if you are looking for a place without an entertainment mile.

Very nice hosts! Even though we had a language barrier we managed to have some nice conversations , we even got an Invitation for dinner with the family :) Room was extremely clean, good bed and very, very quiet! Night sky is superb. Green and very well trimmed garden with" dafina " and "smokinia " . Only issue was the wifi connection... you can receive emails but can't open them, especially the attachments...

Really nice and pleasant hotel with great views and 5min walk to the beach. Our apartment was cleaned daily with flowers left on the table. The staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant and a pool which make for a really nice and relaxing stay. Would highly recommend!

Amazing hotel with specious apartments, great views and near the beach. The staff is super friendly, professional and helpful. The restaurant had a great menu and yummy choices. The safrid was so well done!!! The kids enjoyed the pool and the property. We had a lot of fun and can’t wait to go back.

The place is quiet with a great view and pool is really clean. The service can be better but the staff is polite. The kitchen was really dirty.

Very nice hotel, placed in a wonderful area. From Sinemorets you can explore Veleka beach, a unique combination of sea, beach and river. The staff was good and the food was great, with a lot of options.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet place with kind hosts. There is also a place for parking in front of the house.

Not a top location, but part of the rooms are with great view. Old furniture in the rooms, but they are doing their best to keep them tide and clean. The hosts are nice and prepare the breakfast by their own :)

Rooms are spacious and we got a partial view to the sea. The hotel is a bit run down, but I think it is relatively worth for the price. It is walking distance to Butamyata beach, and about 30 min to Veleka river. Our room had small fridge, party grill for sandwiches and washing/cleaning supplies.

Lovely hotel overseeing the sea. It's reasonably priced and well maintained. The only downside is getting there - there is not even a proper street ...so plenty of dust/mud.

Lovely apartment with a lovely view. Slightly lacking in basic things such as no knives, no corkscrew, no hairdryer or toaster. Gorgeous pool. Only a few minutes walk from the centre and the beach. No reception here but a really helpful man is there a lot of the time

The best place for vacation or weekend in Sinemorets. With unique design, super friendly staff and various facilities (pool, tennis court).

AC was stopped during heatwave for the first night of our stay because of electricity saving, which resulted in sleepless night and many mosquitos bites (due to lack of net against bugs on the windows). Everything else was okay.

Excellent place☺️! They upgraded our rooms for no reason and made us feel really welcome. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and clean rooms. The art pieces around the palace are also amazing. ☺️

The staff was excellent and supportive. All of our requests were met and we have received some discounts. The apartments on ground level have gardens and are perfect for two adults with a child.

The prices are a but high for what it offers in terms of rooms. Some rooms though are much better than others. The garden is amazing, plus the other facilities - pool, barbecue places, fitness. The breakfast is not bad either. Probably the best thing about it is the super friendly staff and service. The cleaning lady was really good also.

I had never been to Sinemorets and am glad that the first time I went, was here. Great location, adorable set up and very accommodating. All personal is absolutely lovely and amazing! Will definitely come back, not just for the view! Thank you!!!

Wonderful sea views and great location near the high street and great beaches. I loved the balconies and that each floor/bedroom had its own bathroom - made it great for sharing an apartment with friends. The staff were super friendly and the area felt really safe and well-looked after.

I have spent my last 3 summers in Sinemorets but only discovered this place this year. I was so happy with the accommodation, the staff and the location that I returned here three times this year! I highly recommend staying here to anyone who wants to fully enjoy their summer break. Perfect amenities, kind hosts and amazing sea views. Can't wait to be back again.

The host was very kind and she was ready to take a late arrival with no complaints. The location was great, a few min walk from many restaurants. There was enough options for parking the car too. The room was spacious enough and we also had a balcony. So really, there was nothing missing for us.

This is a good hotel, the staff were nice, and the room was lovely. Comfortable beds, working TV and air conditioner, spacious and modern bathroom, and a nice balcony, but not enough electric sockets. The location was not great as it is situated at the end of a very uneven and quiet street. Also there are no elevators. Otherwise the stay was great.

Loved the place! We stayed in a studio flat with amazing view. The studio was nice, the staff very friendly. One downside - no wifi on the top floor.

We have visited this hotel for the second time. The owner of the hotel was exceptionally polite and nice, accommodated us on a very short notice. We liked it and stayed an extra two nights. The room was cosy and clean, the bed was comfy. The only minus was that at the back of the hotel someone started building bungalows which ruins the view and there were two boxers barking all night/morning long making...

Nice hostel with nice staff. Great place in particiular if you consider the price per night. Only downside is they do not speak no english at all. But since they care about you, comunication works out fine anyway. If you need an unofficial english speaking tourist information go to the main street in direction of the park to the BAR (giant red leters) on the right hand side or pancake caravan 'sweet...

A nice hotel with good prices. The hotel has a restaurant with rich and diverse menu, the food is tasty, and the portions were surprisingly big. It also has a very beautiful garden, a pool, and some gym equipment.

The best food in the village! The staff is literally flying. Everything in the order was on time. The food was very delicious. It is better to have reservation as the place gets full in the evenings.

AC was not working in our room so we couldn't close the window even though we were given the closest to the kitchen and restaurant (noisy) room. Other than that it's a nice place. Breakfast was super tasty

The hotel is in a great location - right on the main road and found it extremely easy. It is not very close to the beach but it takes about 10 minutes to get to Butamaya beach. By car, there is a relatively quick access to Veleka beach, close to Silistar beach. Our room was spacious and had great views of the sea, but the table on the terrace was broken, and the bathroom had a strange foil on the floor...

The host is very friendly but his wife - not so much. Water pressure on the 3rd floor was very poor, and the shower was more like a mist. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. There are lots of stairs to climb to 3rd floor and no one offers help. The tv was not working. The good thing is that we were able to park in front of the house, and the house is facing the forest, so it is very quiet.

I was welcomed very warm and friendly. The room was clean and big enough. I had instant coffee left for me. There was places to park and the villa was very near to the main street.

It's quite and green. The Veleka beach is close. Rooms are bright and clean, but is not 5 star hotel. You will miss some nice things, but the owner is very helpful and will try assist.

Very nice villa with clean rooms and very friendly hosts. Wi-Fi and TV are present and included. It's also very quiet and is facing the woods/nature.
