Beautiful location ruined by unacceptable attitude
We had an unpleasant stay, even though the place itself is beautiful and has real potential. The biggest issue was the behavior of the owner — one of our children tore a leaf from a plant, and instead of approaching us as parents, he chose to shout at the children in a very rude and inappropriate manner. Such behavior towards kids is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Reading previous reviews about the owners, we now realize they were not isolated incidents. Sadly, the place is not kid-friendly at all, and families with children should think twice before booking.
We visited at the beginning of the season, on May 24th, and unfortunately things were not well prepared:
The pool was empty, quite deep, and poorly secured, which makes it dangerous — especially for children.
The TVs in the rooms didn’t work.
The kitchen was also below expectations — both food and service were disappointing.
It’s a shame, because the location is beautiful, but with such attitude and lack of care, we wouldn’t return and definitely don’t recommend it — especially for families.

The room was beautifully designed, featuring a blend of classic and contemporary decor. It was impeccably clean and provided a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle outside. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with high-quality linens, and the room’s thoughtful touches, like a well-stocked bookshelf and local artwork, added a personal touch. The bathroom was modern, with a spacious shower and luxurious bath products.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern furnishings. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens were of high quality. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains, which ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, featuring a powerful shower and premium toiletries. The room also came with all the expected amenities, including a minibar, coffee maker, and a flat-screen TV with a wide variety of channels.

Hello everyone, hotel Anchor is the most amazing, beautiful, sustainable and welcoming place in Sinemorets! I highly recommend it. Do not miss to visit and taste from a variety of food served in the restaurant. Enjoy your vacation! Cheers

AC was not working in our room so we couldn't close the window even though we were given the closest to the kitchen and restaurant (noisy) room. Other than that it's a nice place. Breakfast was super tasty

Top quality hotel. Quiet, calm, clean. The restaurant serves great food and wine. I highly recommend the freshly caught fish from the sea - make sure to ask the waiter for it!

Best place to stay in Sinemorets! Host’s and staff are super helpful and friendly. They were very responsive and helpful during booking and they helped us when we had issues with our car! Clean and very nice rooms, nice and maintained garden, clean pool, restaurant with delicious food, excellent location! We will surely come back and recommend it to friends! Big thanks to Nina!

Very quite during the night but (sometimes) very loud during the early morning. You don't have much privacy since all the rooms are very closely situated. The restaurant was amazing - the food was delicious, the service was fast - highly recommended even if you're not staying in the hotel.
