Excellent place☺️! They upgraded our rooms for no reason and made us feel really welcome. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and clean rooms. The art pieces around the palace are also amazing. ☺️

The best place for vacation or weekend in Sinemorets. With unique design, super friendly staff and various facilities (pool, tennis court).

AC was stopped during heatwave for the first night of our stay because of electricity saving, which resulted in sleepless night and many mosquitos bites (due to lack of net against bugs on the windows). Everything else was okay.

The staff was excellent and supportive. All of our requests were met and we have received some discounts. The apartments on ground level have gardens and are perfect for two adults with a child.

Very nice place to stay. The room was big and clean. You have all the facilities you need. Unfortunately there was no iron or hair dryer at the room. But everything was OK. The staff is nice and friendly. There is a big parking lot. It's near by the sea and there are shops and restaurants nearby.

The prices are a but high for what it offers in terms of rooms. Some rooms though are much better than others.
The garden is amazing, plus the other facilities - pool, barbecue places, fitness.
The breakfast is not bad either.
Probably the best thing about it is the super friendly staff and service. The cleaning lady was really good also.

Excellent place for families with kids. Quiet and green. Close to the central beach. Clean rooms. Food fair to poor.

An extraordinary place, quiet, beautiful, clean rooms, very helpful personnel, close to the beach, great view from the belvedere (we could see the sun shine every morning). I strongly recommend it - good for families as well as for single couples.

The hotel has its pros and cons, but overall cannot give more than 3 stars mostly because of the price-quality ratio. The room in which we stayed didn't have proper bathroom door and no ventilation. Because of that, we could always smell of mould, which was increasing every day. That being said, the receptionist did offer us a room swap. Otherwise, the facilities are good and the included breakfast is quite good.
