Everything was great about this place!!! Would definitely come back to Shumen just to stay another night at the hotel! The feeling is like being a royal family, such a luxury. Moreover, the staff were so kind and friendly, rooms - very clean and bright! We had a balcony with an amazing view of the city and the center of Shumen!

It is a clean hotel with friendly staff where you can stay safely and with your family. It is one of the best hotels you can find in Shumen. The rooms were clean and the staff helped in everything. It is a very good hotel for this price. I was very pleased if I go again. I will stay in this hotel again, very close to shumen square and restaurants you should definitely stay here. thanks for everything...

Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff is very helpful and kind. Parking is not a problem. Lactation is great. I will never look for another hotel as long as they have a free room.

Beautiful furniture everywhere; even in the corridors. Lovely mirrors. Great staff. (I lost my car keys and the staff were very helpful, taking care if my baggage till I found them and ordering me a taxi.)

Clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very accommodating when we came later than check in. The room was quiet and had air conditioning.

It is our favourite place to sleep over in our way to Greece. Clean room, comfort beds. You can pay with card and fair price. Our next trip to Turkey and we will again stay at Otantik!!! :) P.s. this is the only place where we could pay with card in the town

Returned after eight years the place still looks as good as when we left it. The place has an oriental Boho admosphere and the Appartments are spacious and staff friendly and their English is good. Price quality is a plus plus even when due to the pandemic the pool is closed.

Excellent food - not many things with interesting combinations of flavors and stunning plating, warming 100% professional service, cozy and domestic atmosphere. Prices are affordable.

Small family hotel. Nice rooms, clean but little bit chic. Have own downstairs restaurant with quite good kitchen. Good wine selection. Hotel service staff is very nice but need professional improvement.

The bed was awful, the room is very basic. The only good thing is the staff, which was helpful and friendly. The most important for one hotel is the bed and to be quiet, here was only quiet.

Very nice and quiet hotel near the center. Personal is friendly. Rooms have computers and WLAN. Nice view over the city and to the near hills. We always stay there when visiting Shumen.

An intimate, unpretentious restaurant with a history - it fed and sheltered many guests from the National Theater. This is evidenced by many photos with the hearty owner, who has as a waitress the sweetest, charming, attentive wife! It's amazing! 😍😘

It’s not the best hotel I’ve been to, but overall it’s not bad either. The rooms are clean, well air conditioned, tidy. The staff is also very friendly. The only objection is that you cannot pay with cards, so if you haven't managed to change money into local currency - you have a problem! 😁

Clean , room is big ... swimming pool its okay and beautiful garden , very quiet place.

We have stayed here 5 times and each time we love it , this is the 1st we got to the pool ,it was fantastic the bar outside was fully stocked and the staff were friendly and helpful

A perfect stopover on our travel. A good dinner, wonderful pool, excellent staff. We really regretted to leave before spending another day here. For sure we will return and I will recommend this place.
