Spacious room, sparkling clean, absolutely awesome! The location is great, like 5 min walk to the main street. The restaurant is great as well! Definitely recommend and will visit again!

The Best place to stay in Shumen. Rooms are very clean and has own fridge. I heard no noises over the night. Air condition was working well. Very good sleep. Location is just few minutes walk to centre and few hundred meters away from stairs to Shumen Monument. Hotel has own Restaurant called Green Garden. Food I Very good and tasty. Menu has very much different options. Good selection of Whiskies...

Returned after eight years the place still looks as good as when we left it. The place has an oriental Boho admosphere and the Appartments are spacious and staff friendly and their English is good. Price quality is a plus plus even when due to the pandemic the pool is closed.

I spend much time in this hotel in the last 5-7 years, really liked the rooms, the atmosphere and the kitchen.

The perfect location in Shumen! They have a nice garden, pool, delicious food, high end, gourmet, indoor and outdoor resrtaurant with a beautiful view, relaxing atmosphere and music, very friendly owners. Highly recommend!

Staff was very friendly and spoke very good English. The food was well prepared and the menu varied.

Small family hotel. Nice rooms, clean but little bit chic. Have own downstairs restaurant with quite good kitchen. Good wine selection. Hotel service staff is very nice but need professional improvement.

Pleasant and cozy with crystal clear air in the area, in winter. Two minutes from the pedestrian area.

Location amd free parking are the best parts. But don't wait for the comfortable bed or various breakfast. Staff don't know English, they talk on Bulgarian and Russian; but they are friendly. Rooms ok

We have stayed here for 1 week in February 2017 and I cannot praise this Hotel enough. It is a small hotel , but the staff are great and the rooms are very clean. we are going back in April and staying here again. It is very handy for the city centre and easy to find.

The bed was awful, the room is very basic. The only good thing is the staff, which was helpful and friendly. The most important for one hotel is the bed and to be quiet, here was only quiet.

Very nice and quiet hotel near the center. Personal is friendly. Rooms have computers and WLAN. Nice view over the city and to the near hills. We always stay there when visiting Shumen.

The place is cozy, clean and the owners are really nice people. It's located in the city center and there is a little spot for dinner. It's a good budget option!

An intimate, unpretentious restaurant with a history - it fed and sheltered many guests from the National Theater. This is evidenced by many photos with the hearty owner, who has as a waitress the sweetest, charming, attentive wife! It's amazing! 😍😘

Clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very accommodating when we came later than check in. The room was quiet and had air conditioning.

It is our favourite place to sleep over in our way to Greece. Clean room, comfort beds. You can pay with card and fair price. Our next trip to Turkey and we will again stay at Otantik!!! :) P.s. this is the only place where we could pay with card in the town

Spotless clean, kind and helpful staff, location right in the center with convenient parking. The furniture is one of a kind and made me feel like a princess. Super comfy bed + all the small things that we needed were available. The room with the balcony is worthy as the view is kind of interesting 🙂 only thing that was imperfect was the water pressure in the tap but this is really minor. I am already...

Very good choice. Rooms are line 5 star hotel (like Grand Hotel Sofia). Don't hesitate to chose it. Worth it.

Great location near the pedestrian zone in the city center. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was very delicious with a variety of food.

Very clean for this price range! Everyone at the reception and in the restaurant in the lobby were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very rich and prepared on the spot (choose one of 4 options for breakfast). Panorama restaurant on 7th floor was very good with excellent menu. Only minus is that it's open from 6pm. Overall very nice experience!

A lovely stay here, good prices, nice accommodations, the room was very modern clean and had everything you need ! The meal we had at night was absolutely fabulous!!! One of the best we have had in a long time here in bg. Bravo well done and thanks But - the breakfast was 1/10 omg was sooo bad , even a simple banitsa wasn’t good , old bread , sausages were the cheapest Frankfurter style when Bulgaria...

Overrated stars for the service it offers . No WiFi for laptop. The hotel was renovated recently but they "forgot " to replace the refrigerator in the room. Rooms are cleaned and staff is ok. Enough options for breakfast... From the outside it looks like a haunted hotel but you have to ignore that...

This is a great place. Wonderful USSR architectural style, updated just enough to make it more comfortable without losing its edge. Affordable, clean rooms (the hallways not so clean, quite dusty...), good WiFi and free parking.

Great location a few mins walking distance to the "main pedestrian" street in the center. Friendly personnel, lovely garden restaurant :) Good breakfast. Room was spacious, big bed (two singles). Air-con working well. Great mountain views from the windows. Bathroom good size. The water pressure (hot water) was a bit low. Bathroom floor could have been cleaned more thoroughly and a new (full) toilet...

A big 10 for cleaning every corner❣️Madara one place to stop 2 days in mountains on the way to the sea!We recommend visiting the monument to the founding of Bulgaria and Călărețul from Madara with Fortăreața and all the tourist spots on the map!

Beautiful place with awesome clean pool, sitting area, BBQ and self service kitchen. Rooms are nice and with air conditioning. Bathroom with a bath tub jacuzzi style. Host was very friendly and helpful. Extremely quite place. It's not a place for kids! Owner scolded our kid already on the way in to be quite.Later when he was in the pool not to splash. It was quite stressful.

Excellent hotel at a reasonable price. Very pleasant and clean room. I mean it was sparkling, spotless, incredible, super clean! I really liked the decoration, there was a desk for work and the room was cozy and comfortable. There is a coffee machine available. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking available. This is a hidden gem. Very centrally located, with a place to park, nice restaurants and bars close by. Room was spacious and so clean and air conditioned which was a plus in the hot weather. When it comes to the price - you get so much more compared to what you pay. Definitely will stay again. Much recommended.

rather middle level hotel... the smell in the room was unpleasant, the coach was broken, the linens weren't enough, the wifi was awful, the staff doesn't speak English. The good thing to thank for is possible late arrival

It is very cosy and comfortable however make sure you ask for a room facing the backyard/not facing the street/ when booking as otherwise it is very noisy.

Small, reasonable hotel in Shumen. The rooms are small, tidy and with modern look. However the baths are really small. There is no elevator and the parking on the street is full quite often. There was no breakfast included when I stayed there.
