Ivana Palace Hotel

A big room with good furniture. Spent time there when it was raining. Large balcony with furniture for two and a fridge in the room. Nice wide double and single bed. Very clean everywhere. Good ensuite and shower, clean towels brought every day. Excellent breakfast, lots of options for every diet and very fresh tasty vegetables and salads. Some variety every morning which was nice. Good lobby bar and pool area where you can have some lunch, too. Close enought to the beach, 5-10 minutes walk, but still very peaceful area, away from the noise. Had a good sleep here. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, supermarkets and restaurants. Nice gardens, very spacious and green. Friendly service. Had a good holiday with family. Thank you!

Stayed here for a week nice clean hotel the food wouldnt be to my liking but everything else perfect

A very nice hotel. Friendly staff and very clean. However, if you have mobility issues, the location may not be too good.

overall a good hotel, it just needs a better variety of food to offer, and maybe some evening entertainment and it would be brilliant but if its a cheap, clean and friendly place you want this is it.

So far so good. Only on day 2 but room is spotless. Roomy hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Cocktails 2 for 1. Needless to say ,hungover today. Cannot fault the place.

When we read the reviews for this hotel there was a lot of negativity to what we found there the staff were fantastic even though there was a language barrier with the cleaner we still managed to communicate everyday we got clean towels also the beds were changed twice into weeks and the rooms cleaned daily the breakfast every morning was a little different to what you might find at home however nothing wrong with it if you could not find something to eat then there was something wrong with you the pool have a hotel was fantastic a little cold but very nice there was no damage to the pool whatsoever are some reviews have stated we would definitely return to this hotel

We absolutely loved our stay at Ivana Palace and will be back again! Rooms are great, bar the noise of other people, but that's by the by. Bar staff, reception staff, shop staff, just all the staff were amazing, particularly our pool bar staff Naz, Bobbie, and Neya (I've likely butchered the spelling of the above names), these were all amazing, provided such a good laugh, great service, and good conversation, came out of their way to say goodbye to us, and I wish them all luck in the future (hopefully see you all again!). Our Jet2 rep Nikolas was very friendly and helpful, booked us for the water park and was normally floating around the hotel if you needed assistance, always said hello, was up for a chat and waved to us too! The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety, was the same most days, but enough so you could change up what you were having. Cleaning staff were very friendly! Fresh towels every day, and always supplied toilet roll and cleaned the floors. Exactly what was needed. A few minutes walk to the beach front, and about half an hour to flower street. Thank you so much to the staff and the friends we made there.

Advertised that all rooms have balcony but there are 4 rooms that don’t which we where allocated one of them. We were able to speak to reception and they got us a different room the next day.

It didn't feel like a 4 star hotel, 3 at max, but it depends on the country I guess.
A very old building, it would need some renovation, but all in all it was clean, the staff was nice, so we were satisfied.
I Can understand why people are not satisfied with the breakfast, it was very balkan-ish,but I liked it. :)
It's very close to the beach and the shops, but quiet at the same time.
