Great short holiday. Nice place with great anvironment, nice staff and facilities - tennis court, ping pong, animation program, pools,.. good food,.. We can reccommend ;)

Very nice hotel, placed in a wonderful area. From Sinemorets you can explore Veleka beach, a unique combination of sea, beach and river. The staff was good and the food was great, with a lot of options.

The safrid was so well done!!! The kids enjoyed the pool and the property. We had a lot of fun and can’t wait to go back

Clean rooms, nice pool, delicious food, but not the best waiters at the restaurant.

The place is quiet with a great view and pool is really clean. The service can be better but the staff is polite. The kitchen was really dirty.

The best food in the village! The staff is literally flying. Everything in the order was on time. The food was very delicious. It is better to have reservation as the place gets full in the evenings.

Room is very spacious, breakfast was OK, offering set menu of 5 options, great for families, staff were very friendly, check-in took less than 3 minutes. Restaurant offers wide varieties.

The food menu and execution are lacking. But otherwise a nice and relaxing place. Has a parking (which is a lawn - it is not asphalted and is steep at one end), a pool and children's playground.

Good room, decent breakfast, private parking, 160 bgn for 2 nights.

The prices are a but high for what it offers in terms of rooms. Some rooms though are much better than others. The garden is amazing, plus the other facilities - pool, barbecue places, fitness

You have all the facilities you need. Unfortunately there was no iron or hair dryer at the room. The staff is nice and friendly. It's near by the sea and there are shops and restaurants nearby

An extraordinary place, quiet, beautiful, clean rooms, very helpful personnel, close to the beach, great view from the belvedere (we could see the sun shine every morning)

The breakfast is not bad either. Probably the best thing about it is the super friendly staff and service. The cleaning lady was really good also

Top quality hotel. Quiet, calm, clean. The restaurant serves great food and wine. I highly recommend the freshly caught fish from the sea - make sure to ask the waiter for it!

AC was not working in our room so we couldn't close the window even though we were given the closest to the kitchen and restaurant (noisy) room. Other than that it's a nice place. Breakfast was super tasty

Very quite during the night but (sometimes) very loud during the early morning. You don't have much privacy since all the rooms are very closely situated

Lovely apartment with a lovely view. Slightly lacking in basic things such as no knives, no corkscrew, no hairdryer or toaster. Only a few minutes walk from the centre and the beach

No reception here but a really helpful man is there a lot of the time

Rooms are spacious and we got a partial view to the sea. The hotel is a bit run down, but I think it is relatively worth for the price. It is walking distance to Butamyata beach, and about 30 min to Veleka river

Lovely hotel overseeing the sea. It's reasonably priced and well maintained. The only downside is getting there - there is not even a proper street ...so plenty of dust/mud.

Our room had small fridge, party grill for sandwiches and washing/cleaning supplies

The Museum of anchors is great. Information in Russian,Bulgarian and English. Beautiful view and excellent cuisine

The room/apartment was big, comfortable and loved the bed facing the windows looking onto the sea.

Our room was spacious and had everything available for a pleasant stay. The yard is shady and peaceful, with a summer kitchen attached to it, which can also be used. The house is on a quiet street and close to the center

In the yard there are 2 tables with benches under the vineyard, there is also a common kitchen with utensils, plates, coffee machine, jugs of water and even draft beer :) There are also many reserved parking spaces

The house is actually across the street. Our room was northerly and cool perfect for summer, we didn't have to run the air conditioner. It is close to the center and the main pedestrian street

Very clean and comfortable. We visited in September and had to leave during extreme weather conditions and closed roads. The staff were very kind, they called us after we left and offered us to come back.

The place was so nice! It felt so cosy and comfortable. The hosts were amazing and let us leave our bags early as we arrived quite early in Ahtopol

I cannot recommend this place enough! It was great for children as well!

The place is amazing if you wanna stay somewhere average for a few days. It’s not a big building which makes it cozy. It is just by the sea, the rooms are nice and the jacuzzi in the front yard is very cool

Small and cozy family hotel 5* at the coast. Friendly and helpful attitude.

The owner is very friendly and kind and we loved that. The only issue that the furniture looks a bit old and used which raises the question of cleanness, however, it smelled good and it was somewhat clean

Location: , many stores around, 5 mins to beach walking distance. Rooms : clean and spacious, equipped with everything you need. There is nice small garden outside in the yard, again very good equipped

They were very cool and patient with our child as he was constantly moaning, walking around and touching the windows and everything where you can leave your fingerprints on. Furthermore they were even entertaining him

) She is a diamond in the team and should receive more appreciation. The food was very tasty and different for each day. There was soups for lunch and number of different salads for lunch and dining

Staff was really helpful and pleasant. Food was great and variety was good. Room was nice and clean. Had a kids play area, and an outside dining area overlooking the beautiful sea. Would recommend.
