Good and comfortable hotel. Generally it's the perfect place when you have some sport activities

Everything ok but nothing special. Room big and clean. Staff too cold!!

I give it 4 stars because of the location and the friendly service. But regarding the rooms the hotel needs a good renovation. The plaster of the wall beside the bathroom falls apart, the door is swollen because of the moisture, the carpet colour is faded. The breakfast was good, but they didn't allow guests to have the breakfast on the tables outside which was kind of disappointing.

Kind staff, perfect location, easy access to good quality food and coffee, furniture is a bit old but comfortable and clean enough. Water pressure of the shower was also too high, first time in my life I complain about this. In short, a great accommodation.

WOW, Bravo! I found this hotel by accident, I’m happy I found it. Clean, spacious, friendly staff, bilingual, parking, WIFI, coming from Italy … authentic Italian cuisine.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 stints of 3 weeks. It's a fantastic hotel. Always clean. Staff are very polite. Food is outstanding. Great location to be able to walk to restaurants, etc.

A perfect one night stay. The bed was cosy and there was no noise. The hotel is located in the first floor of a new building next to the supermarket and a 7 minutes walk from th city center. Not suitable for longer stays as there is no restaurant nor amenities available in the rooms, such as hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, mini fridge etc. Only amenities that the rooms have are towels, air-conditioning...

Nice place next to a park. The food is a modern take on Bulgarian food. The prices were normal and the staff were helpful.

Very nice place for dinner. Food was good and inexpensive. You can sit outside with a view of the mountains and a park just outside the restaurant. Staff does speak some English also.

Such a nice hotel and bar which backs onto the river Tundzha,( see picture)allowing a rough berth for small boats,hotel prices are reasonable,with a choice of bungalows,cabins and rooms and the staff I found quite welcoming although I found the random peacocks wandering up to my table quite disconcerting!

It is a big hall (300 people). It was a bit warmer but it was ok. There was a show program. Kitchen was fine. Rooms was normal, two beds, there was 5 TV program, but we wasn't there for the TV :)))

A marvellous place to stay at, regardless if after a long seaside vacation (as in our case) or just as a mountain SPA getaway. The staff was super friendly, helpful and kind to us, it really warmed my heart. One rarely gets a such a service nowadays. Very nice and quite. Rooms are comfortable and big. Spa is small but nice and clean. Food was very good, and restaurant stuff was very friendly and very professional. Only thing I didn't like is the cleaning, toilet was full of black spots on the wall and during 3 days no one came ones to clean the room and change the towels. Still I recommend it a lot

Views are spectacular from this hotel. We are staying in the modern apartment, which is very comfortable. Spa facilities are really well looked after and the food is amazing. You don't need anything else during your stay. I'd also suggest heading out on foot north, where you can get an even better view of the scenary.

We stayed in the new hotel part "Sunny hills". The room was spacious and completely enough for family with two children. Nature and the view are amazing and the meals in the restaurant are really delicious. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were varied, some pleasant some less so, Pool was nice but cold. Food was very odd and not particularly enjoyable.

The water was a bit cold, but the view from the pool is great and the reastaurant is just a few steps away! Prices are reasonable. A bit chalenging to get there because it is out of the town and on a hill.

We liked the area and the hotel was good in general. There was swimming pool and very good SPA complex. The staff is very friendly. The only minus is the bathroom. The toilet was broken - water was coming out after every flush. We stayed 3 days and wasn't fixed.
