I give it 4 stars because of the location and the friendly service. But regarding the rooms the hotel needs a good renovation. The plaster of the wall beside the bathroom falls apart, the door is swollen because of the moisture, the carpet colour is faded.

The breakfast was good, but they didn't allow guests to have the breakfast on the tables outside which was kind of disappointing.

Kind staff, perfect location, easy access to good quality food and coffee, furniture is a bit old but comfortable and clean enough. Water pressure of the shower was also too high, first time in my life I complain about this. In short, a great accommodation.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 stints of 3 weeks. It's a fantastic hotel. Always clean. Staff are very polite. Food is outstanding. Great location to be able to walk to restaurants, etc.

Just want to be clear that my review is based only on my own experience. Stayed at Hotel Central in Sliven Bulgaria for 4 nights with my family. The room was "studio de lux" with nice comfortable bed and one extra additional sofa with lovely big and clean bathroom. Been in too many place's around the world here in very first time in my life I seen the option with "red panic pull" string which is very clever decision as we all know that very often of accidents happening exactly when people taking a bath. The staff is extremely helpful, kind and very professional. Specially thanks for the guys working on the Reception (Yordan,George) and the guys doing early morning shifts during breakfast time(Chris and Antoaneta). This hotel has his own private parking with security barrier which make you feeling great every time you going In/Out. We definitely will back again and highly recommend this hotel for everyone visiting Sliven Town in Bulgaria. Thank you guys for everything and We see you again in the future.

WOW, Bravo! I found this hotel by accident, I’m happy I found it. Clean, spacious, friendly staff, bilingual, parking, WIFI, coming from Italy … authentic Italian cuisine.
