If I could I would give it minus stars. Even though the surroundings are beautiful, management is very ugly. Disposing cats in bags?! While you throw out so much food!! Please contact an animal rescue and get those street cats help and adoption. Heartless.

Greatings, coming from youtube after seeing a video 'Kitten Tied In A Bag'. It shows how the management is dealing with unwanted livings creatures. The young cat was rescued (this time). It would have end up in a trash compactor... I hope the management will have enought complains to change their ways of fixing 'minor problems'.

I have never come to this place, but recently there was a video published on YouTube that revealed the horrible way the hotel management of this hotel treated stray animals. There was a kitten tied in a bag and a man that told the rescuers that he was going to throw it away. Absolutely disgusting! These people also throw away lots of food!

I do not recommend Spa Hotel Panorama. Reasons why: a couple days ago the Youtube channel PawMeow published a video where they rescued a little black kitten from a trash bag left next to a trash container. An old man showed up and said the “hotel management” told him to do this. (Don’t worry, the cat was rescued and is fine now) So this place gets an F for its treatment of stray animals, and another F for its wasteful attitude of throwing out uneaten food. Do they care how many poor people would enjoy that food?

Beautiful location and scenery! The hotel is placed on a hill above Elena with a panoramic view of the entire area. Hotel facilities are fairly new and the rooms were clean and tidy. One thing that we found weird (but in a good way) is how hot it was in the room - even after turning the heating completely off we had to turn on the AC on cold in order to be able to sleep normally. Staff were really kind and nice, while the restaurant's prices were fair, while food quality good. Overall I can definitely recommend the hotel and we will be back shall we decide to revisit the area.
