This hotel us a good base to explore the area. Staff are helpful, plenty if parking space, good size rooms, bed is comfortable. The bathroom is a bit outdated.

the hotel is excellently located close to the tourist area. Our room had a lovely large balcony that overlooked the river and mountains in the distance.

It's a really nice hotel, with all the needed ammenties- has outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna, massages; nice and clean rooms,but small; the only disadvantage is that there is no elevator, hence not baby-friendly.

I like the food it has very high quality. The staff is very mindful of the customers and the hotel takes great responsibility for former clients' mess. Their indoor pool is manageable, but could be better. We didnt get a chance to go to the indoor pool but they keep lovely hygiene for the outer area. I am pleased but there could be some improvements.

Very good hotel (three stars) in beautiful area next to the small city of Troyan. Situated in the forest park near the city. The personal is very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are good and mostly vast. The bathroom is somehow small and not very useful and is combined with toilet (where one star goes for the review). It's ok for a short a time there is a river near by and a small pool. A restaurant it's not very big but the food is great.

Very nice complex, in a quiet place, suitable for families with children. The people who take care of its maintenance try very hard, extremely responsive and kind. The prices are pretty good.

A wonderful place to stay. It’s not luxurious, but it’s clean, affordable and the owners are truly kind and friendly. The owners don’t speak a lot of English, but google translate makes it all pretty easy. The place is only 3 km away from the monastery and the owner offered to drive us there. We are here for Easter and it is a great experience. We will happily return when we are in this area again...

A really nice and cosy place. Service was great, the food was good, prices were OK. The spa area was small but again very cosy. The entire hotel is full of art and interesting pieces. We had a lovely times and I would come back again some day. 🙏

Magical, unique place! The garden is wonderful, each room is thematic and the views are beautiful. The staff was extremely nice and professional and made our stay a perfect and really comfortable experience. Loved everything about the place.

The hotel is a secret gem in the Bulgarian mountains. Beautiful building, rooms, lobby and all facilities. There are several great restaurants within a 15 minute walk or a short drive. We spent our time in the pool, traveling around, coffee places and restaurants, and mainly relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant can be better... Very colorful hotel (a little bit too much for my liking) in a great location. Room was nice, however the extra bed (a folding chair) wasn't adequate for a 13 year old boy. Not enough closet space for our belongings (we stayed 3 nights) and the towels' quality was disappointing. Nice restaurant with limited menu selections. On the restaurant deck the floor is with two levels and there is no warining...

Nice hotel with interesting design, good spa and tasty food. Don’t forget to check the shop at the hotel it has some great art stuff and furniture.

Good place to have a short break. Few things need improvement!!! 1. Stop the building works on the other houses ( installing external windows and paneling ) while you have guests. Its not nice to be awaken at 8am on your holiday by grinder noise and banging which continued most days we were there. 2. Very nice houses surrounded by a lovely well maintained garden. House was clean, with very nice outdoor seating area. Pool was also clean with warm water and loungers next to it. In the area there are a few nice restaurants that also deliver for dinner and breakfast as well. Great place to relax and unwind.

Perfect location near the Troyan Monastery, calm region, a nice, clean house and a beautiful garden. There is no another building very close to the house to obstacle the gorgeous view. Very nice and polite host. Very good breakfast. A good value for the money.

At the foot of Stara Planina, a clean river! There is not a single Roma who has settled! Gorgeous place!

The area is beautiful. Rooms were OK but very dark, and the lower floor had a massive smell of smoking. Kitchen accessories are a little limited but that's enough for working around.
