Primea Beach Residence Apart-hotel

The location is the only good thing about this place. Checked in into the so called VIP apartment that looks bizarre, furniture is old. The small fridge in the kitchen had many broken parts, we asked for it to be replaced, they brought one and the same condition and told us to choose between both and left. Bathroom doesn’t even have a holder to put your soap or shampoo and the shower head holder is broken and fixed with a hair band. Internet is very slow, ac available only in the living room. The pool is very dirty. The rooms are not cleaned properly even though the housekeeping team is very polite and they do their best. The worst was the owner/ manager who was heard screaming very aggressively one day from the apartments above and on another occasion seen spit all the way from his balcony down. When we raised some concerns to him he keeps excusing himself that no one else complained and all other guests are very happy. Restaurant was okay, food was alright and staff were helpful.
