Amazing good for kids all inclusive staff were so kind entertainer was extremely funny only had 1 problem and that was that the deepest part of the pool is only 1.40 meters deep so being 5’7 your still standinf up rather than swimming. Beach downstairs was closed for most of my stay due to strong currents however water was perfect when i went in.

Absolutely loved everything ! :) Chris and Fraya were brilliant. They are so good at what they do, always keeping everyone entertained. All inclusive hotel. Good ratio value for the money. Hotel rooms needs renovation. I remove one "star" because we visit the hotel for third time in a row this summer (June 2017) and the whole experince was far, far away from the previous years. Especially the quality of the soft drinks.

The location is 10/10! Huge garden with a pool is located infrint of the hotel. A nice path is leading to the beach just for 20seconds. The rooms are very big and very clean. The view is amazing! The restaurant is nice and the food is delicious. The kids are welcomed and entertained by the animators. There is a parking for the guests and a 24/7 security. The staff are really kind and always helpful

Very good location and view, we were in a spacious suit but it wasn't sparkling clean. Pool is too cold and practically unusable. Restaurant works only for 2 hours during meal times and charges are quite high and apply for kids, too. Food was nothing special. Location fantastic, right on the beach. Room & bathroom clean. Nice beachfront bars & restaurant very near. BUT: ‘Free parking’ - this was actually find somewhere by a busy public beach. ‘Breakfast included’ - breakfast allegedly from 7-10. A hidden gem by the Black Sea. We stayed only for a day but had such a relaxing time. The manager on reception was lovely, incredibly helpful and kind. A real credit to the place. The pool is lovely although needs some pool tiles replacing. The sea views are beautiful.

We spent 10 loveley days at Primea Beach Residence. The Manager Toma is one fine young man that is always ready to help and is very nice. The staff are nice and respectfull.The VIP apartment is big clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony is stunning.The only downfall are the wooden sheds on the beach which spoil the beautifull view. We really enjoyed our holiday.

Some renovation is happening and we were at a renovated studio. It was clean. The food in the attached restaurant is good (don’t expect miracles or Michelin stars but defiantly good option if you want to spare the walk to the city). The place was excellent! The location itself (right on the beach line) is perfect for a family stay. Our room have been upgraded to a better one, with a sea view at the same cost. The staff were really polite and friendly and the rooms were neat and clean. We would definitely go back to this hotel again.

The hotel is right at the beach and also has it's own swimming pool. However, the studio, we were staying at, was not as great as we were expecting. The batroom was mouldy and rusty. I don't recommend staying here unless the other hotels are completely full. The hotel is an OK alternative for people with pets, like me. The restaurant is decent, with average food. The resort location is good with amazing swimming pool, probably the biggest in the area. The rooms need renovation for sure.If you lucky enough to have neighbors with dogs you would enjoy contant barking early in the morning or evening.

Wonderful view of the sea. Good staff. Good breakfast. The closest sand beach is on the small side, but bigger are in 7 minutes walking. And delicious food in Panchetata restaurant next to the bigger beach.

Very nice apartments with three pools, one for toddlers, one for playing and one for laps. It's close to a very private little beach and close to Oasis beach as well.

Incredible! Super beaches, bars and restaurants! You have a floor of a house for yourself and an amazing sea view. Ground floors profit from a private garden. Clean and tidy Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Swimming pools are perfect - one for swimming, another for fun and a kids pool.

The hotel is located in a unique place. You don't have to rush to the beach, which is an advantage when you are with a child. It was clean all the time even in the evening when everyone was coming back from the beach. The view from the room is amazing. It had everything you needed for a wonderful vacation with a toddler.

Great cuisine and service. The stuff is friendly and always there to help. However the hotel itself is not well maintained. It requires fresh paint, new furniture and a lot of repairs. The boardwalk in the hotel is falling apart, I personally requested it to be fixed but they changed only half of the broken pieces, the elevators and bathrooms look centuries old.

Everything was amazing. The beach is very close and clean. We have a large apartment with sea view with all we need for ours vacation. It is a quiet place with a lot of kids and cute dogs. This place is pet friendly.

Very Poor Service. This is an expensive restaurant, and for the prices one shall expect excellent service. Instead the personnel was very unwelcoming (we've never heard "please"), they didn't know what the dishes contain, and used aggressive language. Prime location that is just great. As per the fancy status it’s not great to get served by a waiter in an adidas jacket. A restaurant like this should maintain a status all the time. I haven’t stayed in the hotel, but I went to the restaurant and it was pretty nice. The atmosphere was pleasant, the waitress was really kind and welcoming, the food came fast and it was well presented. The only hotel I ever stay in when visiting this beautiful area of the Bulgarian coast. Comfortable and clean rooms with great bathrooms, complete with spectacular views of the sea that’s just a few minutes away! The restaurant offers delicious traditional Bulgarian dishes, and you can enjoy some refreshing drinks by the pool. The staff is lovely and always assures the best stay!

When we arrived we had no place to park the car, the parking issue is big. The view from the balcony is horrific, there is no kitchen. The food is really tho, and the pool is big and free with a children`s place and a lifeguard.

Note this is not exactly a hotel, but a low cost apparthotel. Cleaning of the rooms and changing towels, etc. is once per 3 days. In between these 3 days you cans till get additional toilet paper or getting garbage out only upon request. Didn't like they didn't even let you have a spare toilet paper roll unless you explecitely request it. Had some unpleasant bugs in the room, guess that was because...
