A hidden gem by the Black Sea. We stayed only for a day but had such a relaxing time. The manager on reception was lovely, incredibly helpful and kind. A real credit to the place. The pool is lovely although needs some pool tiles replacing. The sea views are beautiful.

We spent 10 loveley days at Primea Beach Residence. The Manager Toma is one fine young man that is always ready to help and is very nice. The staff are nice and respectfull.The VIP apartment is big clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony is stunning.The only downfall are the wooden sheds on the beach which spoil the beautifull view. We really enjoyed our holiday.

Some renovation is happening and we were at a renovated studio. It was clean. The food in the attached restaurant is good (don’t expect miracles or Michelin stars but defiantly good option if you want to spare the walk to the city). Location - I cannot imagine a better location - first line on the beach and 30 min walk from the city center …

Its All right, first line on the sand, decent restaurant, free parking and great service, both the housekeeping and the servers in the bar/ restaurant were awesome. Overall perfect location for family vacation

The place was excellent! The location itself (right on the beach line) is perfect for a family stay. Our room have been upgraded to a better one, with a sea view at the same cost. The staff were really polite and friendly and the rooms were neat and clean. We would definitely go back to this hotel again.

The hotel is right at the beach and also has it's own swimming pool. However, the studio, we were staying at, was not as great as we were expecting. The batroom was mouldy and rusty. The mirror was old, with one of them spots in the middle, where you cannot see youself. The bed sheets had some kind of stains. Nice place, surrounded by trees, on a very quiet street. Nice restaurant with a terrace looking at the trees and the sea between.

I don't recommend staying here unless the other hotels are completely full. The hotel is an OK alternative for people with pets, like me. The restaurant is decent, with average food. The included breakfast is poor in variety but the food itself is decent as well. Indoor and outdoor pool are too cold for the average person to swim in comfortably. Very nice apartments with three pools, one for toddlers, one for playing and one for laps. It's close to a very private little beach and close to Oasis beach as well.

Incredible! Super beaches, bars and restaurants! You have a floor of a house for yourself and an amazing sea view. Ground floors profit from a private garden. Clean and tidy Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Swimming pools are perfect - one for swimming, another for fun and a kids pool.

Note this is not exactly a hotel, but a low cost apparthotel. Cleaning of the rooms and changing towels, etc. is once per 3 days. In between these 3 days you cans till get additional toilet paper or getting garbage out only upon request. Didn't like they didn't even let you have a spare toilet paper roll unless you explecitely request it. Had some unpleasant bugs in the room, guess that was because...

Great family hotel. 20 meters from the beach. It struck me that all the visitors were not there for the first time. There is a place to park. The prices are just great.

Restaurant and pool bar are long-term closed (up for sale in local real estate agebt window). Lifeguard barely pays attention and inconsistent on enforcing sunbed 'rules'. Paid cleaning service provided for AirBnB rentals is not very thorough - thick dust in lots of places.

Spent an enjoyable week here, the pool is clean and well maintained. We booked via Airbnb and while our apartment was nice it was very hot, the only ac unit was in the living room so it made sleeping a little uncomfortable, we were on the top floor so I imagine lower floors would be cooler. Great value for money. Pet friendly. It's a clean but tired looking hotel with outdated rooms and furniture all around. It needs a good updating. Great location right on the water. The private beach was great. Shallow and sandy, very kid friendly beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great and had lots of choices. I would definitely come back.

We stayed here for 4 nights while we completed a SCUBA diving course at the very nearby Marina Diving Center. The hotel is dated: the bathrooms and the facilities are in a little worn-down shape, but the price is right for 3 of us. The breakfast was very good: it was buffet style and the dining outside by the bay was very enjoyable. They also have their own private beach with chairs and umbrellas...

Good rooms with very nice see views. The beds are also very comfortable but if you join them both they get separated and one can fell in between haha, buy some food-holders. The food (we tried only breakfast) was ok, not very good choise of healty meals although.

Had a double room for a week with my wife and two kids. We called for an offer and it was a really good one. The employees are young and helpful. It has great location, it is couple of minutes from the South beach! Food is very good. The pool is cousy and suitable for kids. The rooms are ok and clean, cleaned every day. Staff is very friendly. The chef is very kind and made us few compliments like cake for the kid

Hotel Rilena is very nice small hotel. It is located in a very quiet area surrounded by trees. It has a swimming pool and has perfectly maintained garden. In the same time it is just 5 min from the beach! The Restaurant is on a very high level. Many people are coming just to try main dishes.

A pleasant place to relax, sandy beaches approx. 200-300m from here. The sea is clean, even in September with a temperature of 26 degrees.

Smaller hotel, large rooms, equipped with air conditioning. Forum furniture, rarities such as doors between rooms with a threshold of about eight centimeters or the main door to the room with glass, so you can immediately register every light on in the corridor. The hotel pool is green, it was solved by piling up chlorine tablets wherever possible. Although it was still green, it smelled even more...

It is a small hotel with kind and helpful staff. Cleaning every day, food corresponds to full board, Bulgarian food, drinks are from approx. 7:00-22:00. Non-alcoholic orange, apple, cherry, water. Alcohol about 7 types of hard, white wine, red. North and South beach approx. 10 minutes slow walk. 90% Bulgarians, the rest Czechs. The southern one seemed better to us, you could even swim, clear water...

First night in a moldy (literally) suite. Delegate Ančo was in hiding for the whole week, we had to arrange the exchange ourselves. Although the new accommodation was free of mold (it is said to be everywhere on the ground floor - they immediately accommodated someone else there), but the drain in the bathroom did not work in the new suite. We didn't have the nerve or courage for another exchange....

there are a thousand options in this area but this is the best they even let you bring in the underage ;) beds are great you can handcuff... yourself to the bed so you can sleep without hitting yourself the location is not too good though medium noise if its loud nobody can hear you (good just watch out for cops) and if its quite nobody will notice but here there are lookie loos and people can hear...

Die Lage ist perfekt! Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Es wurde jeden Tag frisch zubereitet. Lecker! Die Bettwäsche und die Tücher wurden regelmässig gewechselt und es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall das Hotel weiterempfehlen und es nächstes Jahr wieder besuchen.

Excellent and friendly staff. Rooms are modest but okay, although the sofa we were sleeping on was extremly uncomfortable. Cleaning service is available daily. My only remark is breakfast and dinner - not various choice, many times the Milk was gone and it took time to be replaced with a new dose. Beach is very near, and we had a nice view. All in all, good experience for the price.
