Nice location ,good hotel , beautiful view, normal food with good presentation and typical Bulgarian service with answers of my questions every time with :” I don’t know 🤷‍♂️ ☺️😂

There is no elevator to the second floor. The food and service are very nice.

The place was amazing! It is in a calm quiet area, well maintained and has a really good spa center and open yard to just chill or for kinds to play around. There are lot of parking stops. The restaurant was really nice as well with good variety - the lunch was served really fast and it tasted goos. The dinner and the breakfast were on a all you can eat table and they had some interesting stuff like...

Decent value for 3 star hotel. Rooms are clean. Food is delicious, BUT a bit expensive. So bear in mind when you visit the restaurant

Has its good and its bad sides. The bed was uncomfortable, SPA and food were good.

The rooms were clean and nice. The restaurant offered some delicious options. They agreed to prepare for us sandwiches in the morning instead of the regular breakfast, as we had to leave very early.

Great family hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The food in the restaurant was very taysaty too. Personnel was very polite and helpful. Only 4* as there was no AC in the rooms. Heating is done only centrally.

The hotel is nice and the restaurant is very tasty and quick service, but the amenities are very limited. There's only sauna and jacuzzi, and are limited per request and additional payments. The rooms are clean but there isn't much of a view since you're in the middle of the road. It has a comfortable location if you plan on moving around with a car and there's parking.

Incredible place! We stayed at the separate Villas - cozy and spacious house with a fireplace. Amazing SPA and food services. The whole staff is extremely supportive and polite! Recommend the Resort!

The surrounding area is really beautiful and quiet, great to have a relaxing vacation. Parking spaces for guests are definitely to be improved, I had to park on a very uneven dirt ground without marking on the opposite side of the hotel. They have an outdoor and indoor heated pool with a jacuzzi, but there were no showers to use before or after the pool. Rooms are good, but some small repairs are needed...

The hotel is very good. Rooms are spacious with beautiful view to the lake. I didn't use the spa but what I saw looks good. The food in the restaurant was also great but I was disappointed by the service which was slow and rude even though there was no one in the restaurant. However, I rate it with 4⭐️.

Perfect for weekend get away. Rooms were warm and clean. Food was excellent. Suitable for families with children. The staff was very polite.

I’d give this hotel 3 stars. It was good but the rooms don’t look like in the photos. The bathroom is very uncomfortable as the toilet and the sink are almost under the shower - there is no room enough. The food was bad. We had breakfast and dinner included - buffet. We also had launch at the restaurant - it was not delicious at all. The spa is ok, there is hammam, salt room, sauna, infrared sauna...

Overall the hotel was nice. The room we stayed in was a little cold, but they provided a heater. The bathroom was a little small but you don't need too much when you are on vacation. The SPA zone was great. The gym needs improvement - way too small, not a lot of equipment and very cold. The massage therapist was great - wonderful energy and provides true relaxation. Friendly helpful staff, beautiful location. Buffet food was also good. Pool is lovely and warm. My fiancé lost her bracelet in the pool , and staff immediately searched for it and found it. Will definitely return.

The reason i gave only 4 stars is because of the language barrier. Allmost none of the staff speaks english, all the food descriptions at the morning and evening buffes where in bulgarian, kirilic caracters, and all the tv where whith the menu in bulgarian. Another drawback was the werry poor wireless coverage, that was almost nonexistent in the rooms. This being said, the overall experience was great...

Everything was cosy. The jacuzzi and pool were nice and available at all times. The hosts were quite welcoming. There were common spaces available to all guest. Whole families come to chill there.

It is an amazing, beautiful, calm, chill, quiet and relaxing place to stay. We are very satisfied with the service and everything was as written and spoken in advance. Very clean and tidy guest house with welcoming people. We felt like home. Would definitely come back here and visit again. It does worth it! The service was perfect, I loved the view,the apartment was clean and cozy. The only problem that appeared was some unpleasant smell in the rooms...maybe from the sewerage...

It's beautiful but there's no red carpet and a woman waiting at the door for you, thus the 4 stars.

Nice and cosy place, great to gather up friends and to rent all by yourselves. Not exactly luxury furniture, but comfy beds, spacious rooms, decent bathrooms and jacuzzi. Really children friendly, clean yard and pool. BBQ zone, gazebo, kitchen with everything you might need for a decent dinner. There are few taverns nearby and two small cities where can go for groceries or anything else.

We loved everything about the hotel. Great receptionists, amazing atmosphere in the room, nice big terrace. You can actually see Batak. We had breakfast and dinner included and we totally loved the food. Special thanks to the chef. There is a space for little ones to play and my toddler enjoyed it. We absolutely recommend! Will come back again 🌞

The hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful place. The room was spacious and clean. The service is good. The spa is small but good for the capacity of the hotel. We had breakfast and dinner included and the food was well prepared, not much variety but acceptable. Prices in the restaurant are normal. The hotel has a parking lot. The price-quality ratio is very good.

Nice place. Magnificent view of Batak Dam. The staff is great. The rooms are clean. Only for us everywhere in the hotel was very warm. For people who love the heat, it's great. They do not save on heating. We were in February, but I think summer will be even better. Winter is cold (most attractions along Batak Dam are not available in winter), yet it is a mountainous area. Summer will be gorgeous....

The hotel is reasonably fine. The rooms were alright. Food at the restaurant as well. The good thing was that there were no other people so it wasn't crowded. Even though it's called "The view", it doesn't have much of the view left. Unfortunately it doesn't have SPA facilities available either which was a disappoitnment for us.

I love this place. We were 19 people. There was enough space for everyone. Just perfect. Comfortable beds, amaazing hosts. Almost every room has its jacuzzi, there is a washing machine, a dishwasher, more then enough glasses, cutlery, pans, just everything was perfect. I strongly recommend this place! It’s the right spot for everyone. U can blast loud music, no one will mind nor come to complain. Excellent...

Great host with budget friendly prices per room. I love the private jacuzzi in my bathroom. The view from the rooms are beautiful too .

The value-money ratio is OK. It's clean, but the staff is unfriendly and they don't change your towels, we had to buy shampoo and soap...we even had to buy toilet paper.

Great place for families and children. I was very upset by the location of the Villas.

Well sized villas with enough room for everyone. The barbecues outside are pretty big and offer a fantastic place to gather around and prepare some food. The proximity to the dam makes it easy to go for a walk or fishing. The only con I can point out is there are no bath towels, the bath towels are the size of face towel so better bring your own.

The hotel is located in the city center, very well renovated and furnished, but it has been closed for a long time. The hotel is closed, the restaurant and the cafe are closed.

A real hotel with reception and keycard for a very nice price. The serve breakfast in the garden. The parking nearby is free.

Overpriced for the facilities, which it has. The SPA was just a sauna and steam bath. But the view is amazing

The jacuzzi wasnt working, the lady responsible for the spa wasn't realy kind. For this price there are much better places. The spa is small and there is no pool, they just warm it for us and keep on asking us should they turn off the spa if we are not planing to use it. The brekfast included wasn't buffet and you could get only one dish or sandwich. The hotel itself looks nice with beautiful view...

Owners were very friendly as with most Bulgarian family run hotel or guest good service and unbeatable value in all my Europe travels

Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and cozy. The only (very minor) drawback is that the restaurant is managed by 1-2 people and sometimes it takes a while to deliver a meal. Other than that, the food is delicious and I recommend this hotel.

Good location - beautiful views, nice and clean rooms, not bad food ... quite unfriendly staff - did not let us play table games in the lobby/restaurant though we were the only guests and booked the hole hotel, started to clean something with vacuum cleaner 8 in the morning, unfriendly attitude. The place opposite may not be so posh but the staff is friendly and the food tasty.

We had a great stay at La Casa. The place was quiet and calm. The food in the restaurant was very delicious.
