The hotel is nice and the restaurant is very tasty and quick service, but the amenities are very limited. There's only sauna and jacuzzi, and are limited per request and additional payments. The rooms are clean but there isn't much of a view since you're in the middle of the road. It has a comfortable location if you plan on moving around with a car and there's parking.

The hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful place. The room was spacious and clean. The service is good. The spa is small but good for the capacity of the hotel. The hotel is reasonably fine. The rooms were alright. Food at the restaurant as well. The good thing was that there were no other people so it wasn't crowded. Even though it's called "The view", it doesn't have much of the view left. Unfortunately it doesn't have SPA facilities available either which was a disappoitnment for us.

The reason i gave only 4 stars is because of the language barrier. Allmost none of the staff speaks english, all the food descriptions at the morning and evening buffes where in bulgarian, kirilic caracters, and all the tv where whith the menu in bulgarian. The hotel is very good. Rooms are spacious with beautiful view to the lake. I didn't use the spa but what I saw looks good. Great place for families and children. I was very upset by the location of the Villas.

Well sized villas with enough room for everyone. The barbecues outside are pretty big and offer a fantastic place to gather around and prepare some food. The proximity to the dam makes it easy to go for a walk or fishing. The only con I can point out is there are no bath towels, the bath towels are the size of face towel so better bring your own.

The hotel is located in the city center, very well renovated and furnished, but it has been closed for a long time. The hotel is closed, the restaurant and the cafe are closed.

Kashmir is most likely the best SPA resort in Bulgaria (together with Zornitza). The facility is great, SPA zone is also outstanding, it is very clean & very cozy. You can't go wrong with them. It's definitely not worth the four stars category. Rooms are OK, but nothing special. The main disadvantages - SPA is one of the worst I have ever been. The pool is so small, practically you can only stand still there if more than 5 person are in at the same time. The sauna is also very small and it's only dry with no watering. The food is simply not good at all. Very poor quality.

Big rooms with a terrace. The spa and the pools are great, with a mineral water. 2 indoor pools plus a jacuzzi, turkish bath, sauna, relax room and a gym, plus outdoor pool. It's a bit far away from the centre, in a peaceful area. We've been here with a 4month old baby and enjoyed it. I recommend it!!

The hotel itself is OK, but it is strange to be in a hotel that pretends to be 4* and the sheets on the bed and the towels to be changed once in a week.

I went to Akvatonik from Turkey 7 times.Everything was excellent. Breakfast , employee and nature was perfect. But last time indoor pool water was a little cold and some buttons were not working. We will go again in November. I hope the waters will warm up by then:)

Our room was spacious and the view of the opposite neighbourhood and the mountains was spectacular, especially when snowy. The lobby was nicely decorated. The bathrooms need some cleaning - showers have mold. It is also not a smoke-free hotel. People smoke on the balconies, so the smoke gets into the adjacent rooms. It also hosts events, which is great but could get noizy at times for the guests. It does have great views and staff is very friendly. The restaurant is pricey for what it offers. I guess that's why it is quite empty in the evenings.

The rooms are nice, bed is with springs not very comfortable. Food is hit or miss some things I liked others were bland. Outdoor pool is shallow perfect for kids to play. Indoor pool is nice and warm 1.2-1.6m depth.

We had a great time during the Easter holidays. Our room was upgraded, the food was really good, the spa and the swimming pools too. I only missed infrared sauna in the spa, but it is not a big deal. We had a lovely stay at the 5-star hotel during Valentine's Day. While it may not be what one would typically expect from a 5-star hotel in other countries, it was still a great experience. The outdoor swimming pool with hot water was a particular highlight, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Bulgaria. The staff was ok 3/5.
