Nice location ,good hotel , beautiful view, normal food with good presentation and typical Bulgarian service with answers of my questions every time with :” I don’t know 🤷‍♂️ ☺️😂

The place was amazing! It is in a calm quiet area, well maintained and has a really good spa center and open yard to just chill or for kinds to play around. There are lot of parking stops. The restaurant was really nice as well with good variety - the lunch was served really fast and it tasted goos. The dinner and the breakfast were on a all you can eat table and they had some interesting stuff like...

Decent value for 3 star hotel. Rooms are clean. Food is delicious, BUT a bit expensive. So bear in mind when you visit the restaurant

Good place for relaxing right in the middle between Mantaritza landscape protection area and Batak reservoir.

Nice hotel and friendly attitude. The rooms are small. There are other hotels in vicinity. Clean and cozy. Spa facilities are excellent. The food is delicious.

The hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful place. The room was spacious and clean. The service is good. The spa is small but good for the capacity of the hotel. We had breakfast and dinner included and the food was well prepared, not much variety but acceptable. Prices in the restaurant are normal. The hotel has a parking lot. The price-quality ratio is very good.

Nice place. Magnificent view of Batak Dam. The staff is great. The rooms are clean. Only for us everywhere in the hotel was very warm. For people who love the heat, it's great. They do not save on heating. We were in February, but I think summer will be even better. Winter is cold (most attractions along Batak Dam are not available in winter), yet it is a mountainous area. Summer will be gorgeous....

The hotel is reasonably fine. The rooms were alright. Food at the restaurant as well. The good thing was that there were no other people so it wasn't crowded. Even though it's called "The view", it doesn't have much of the view left. Unfortunately it doesn't have SPA facilities available either which was a disappoitnment for us.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and kind staff. High food and drink prices, rivaling those in the capital. Small Heineken beer and cappuccino in a cardboard cup about BGN 10.00. Unpleasant feeling from the constant presence of the owner at every moment. The business is his, that's probably right, but it creates a feeling of surveillance over the holidaymakers and staff. The hotel is in a good location, very clean. The staff is super friendly and treats every guest with kindness and smile. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Totally recommend it!

We really liked the stay at the hotel. Renovated this year, with new furniture in the rooms, comfortable mattresses, balconies with views. The lobby and restaurant are also made with great taste, as well as the garden overlooking the lake. The location is amazing. The view is breathtaking. The room needs some refurbishing because it is clean but everything there is old. The pool is okay. The garden is cool. Two of the waitresses were adequate. Decent but limited breakfast.

Very nice hotel with a great view of the Batak dam. It has its own restaurant with good prices, amazing food and serious wine choice. Rooms are nice and clean.

Friendly helpful staff, beautiful location. Buffet food was also good. Pool is lovely and warm. My fiancé lost her bracelet in the pool , and staff immediately searched for it and found it. Will definitely return.

The reason i gave only 4 stars is because of the language barrier. Allmost none of the staff speaks english, all the food descriptions at the morning and evening buffes where in bulgarian, kirilic caracters, and all the tv where whith the menu in bulgarian. Another drawback was the werry poor wireless coverage, that was almost nonexistent in the rooms. This being said, the overall experience was great...

The hotel is very good. Rooms are spacious with beautiful view to the lake. I didn't use the spa but what I saw looks good. The food in the restaurant was also great but I was disappointed by the service which was slow and rude even though there was no one in the restaurant. However, I rate it with 4⭐️.

Overall the hotel was nice. The room we stayed in was a little cold, but they provided a heater. The bathroom was a little small but you don't need too much when you are on vacation. The SPA zone was great. The gym needs improvement - way too small, not a lot of equipment and very cold. The massage therapist was great - wonderful energy and provides true relaxation.
