The staff was friendly at our arrival, our room wasn’t ready at 11:00 (check-in is at 14:00 anyway) but they gave me the key. I left the luggage at reception and I found it inside when I returned from visiting.
From the hotel roof terrace we enjoyed a fortress light show.
The room was comfortable, the bathroom was surprisingly big and the amenities were fine (towels, bathing products and hairdryer). You also have premium TV programs (wink, wink) - totally unexpected😂
The breakfast was very good. The diversity of sweets was great.
Breakfast was great with a continental selection plus 3 hot dishes.

The bathroom was a disaster. The shower head is needing replacing.
The toilet flusher fell off the wall.
The toilet seat rocks and rolls which is great if you like to do a bum dance while doing your business.
The sink basin has nothing to prevent you losing your ring down.
All easy fixed and cheap to fix.
The view was amazing! watched the light show the gorgeous sunrise and just in general. Lovely!!
The staff.. girl who greeted me was too busy talking on the phone while I checked in.. I'm patient and would have waited, so I could ask questions etc.. Was very impolite. As a business owner I know these staff exist. So I wont take review to one star because of her.

Would I stay here again.. Yes the view beats the negatives.
The rooms are comfortable and clean the people are accommodating and friendly. The location is perfect great views and walking distance to everything.
