Quiet place with a beautiful view and the staff was wonderful!!!! I warmly recommend this place. We ate a delicious pizza and a nice cappuccino.

The Light from 1 bathroom was not working. The smell was not quite as someone cleaned before The room. The wine was as tasty as a lemon is

The rooms are a bit worn out, but there is a new building, where I guess is much better. The food is average, with not so many options. We love the kazan dibi dessert, though. It's delicious Turkish dessert. In my opinion, everything is overpriced for the quality they provide. But the reason we chose this hotel a few times is the location. The views of Veliko Tarnovo and the mountains are SPECTACULAR!

I’m visited the restaurant, only and can’t give opinion about the hotel and rooms. Service in the restaurant was excellent, but the menu was poor, the prices high. Beautiful view from the hotel terrace.

Veliko Tirnova is an excellent hotel where you can have a holiday with your family, with its excellent view, wonderful food and friendly staff, where the history is clearly felt, and it also offers à la carte restaurant service. You can find everything you are looking for with its rich menu varieties, soup of the day, kebabs, grills, pan-fried dishes, pizzas, pastas and salads, delicious desserts. Recommended I do

Rooms are old and have a strong smoke smell. Difficult to stay if you do not smoke. Bathroom is old.

Great location with a wonderful view of Veliko Tarnovo. If you’re staying here please check out their restaurant as well - they have some of the best food in Arbanasi. I highly recommend the chicken skewers and the pork neck! Absolutely delicious!
