Worst experience!!!

Poorly maintained hotel. My bathroom got flooded with water coming from the drain. Also, the room reeked of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.

Also, there was no warning nor indication about the noise you will experience in your room from the beach party. I couldn’t sleep. Staff kept lying about other rooms being available, i had to insist for a long time and ask for a refund to get an alternative room.

The low rating is for

the loud music that starts from 7:00 AM until midnight.

You cannot put any charge or bill on the room, you must pay in advance, even at breakfast.

Breakfast was not tasteful…all dishes had Indian flavors to them, and the breakfast location is in an outside tent that you have to reach through sunlight and heat.

Bathroom had disturbing smells comings out of it.

Bedrooms you can hear plumbing sounds.

Overall, I don’t recommend this hotel to friends or family.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the subpar service I received during my recent stay at Elite Resort & Spa. As a loyal customer who had high expectations based on previous positive experiences, I feel compelled to bring to your attention the numerous issues I encountered during my stay.

Furthermore, the quality of the room I was assigned was far below expectations. The cleanliness was questionable at best, with visible stains on the carpet and dust on various surfaces. The bathroom was in dire need of maintenance, with a leaking faucet and a malfunctioning showerhead. These issues significantly diminished the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay.

To make matters worse, the customer service throughout my stay was consistently uninspired. Whenever I approached the staff with concerns or requests, I encountered indifferent and unhelpful attitudes. Simple inquiries like asking for Towel in room service took them 4 hours and unfortunately they did not serve, claiming that do not disturb sign was there as their excuse, and it felt as though the staff were more focused on their own convenience rather than providing the level of service expected from a reputable hotel.

I expect a timely response addressing my concerns and outlining the steps you plan to take to rectify the situation. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to share my negative experience with others through various review platforms, which I believe is something neither of us wants.
