It had 2 bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi bathtub and one with a shower), a spacious living room with a desk and a large bedroom. Bedding is comfortable. Service is very friendly. The hotel is nice and fancy, I had a club suite, the room is big with balcony and nice ocean view, it was perfectly ready upon my check in, i did not have to contact room service for anything. The Jacuzzi on the balcony was clean and well functioning, the breakfast was nice and diverse. The gym is well equipped, the beach has many activities you can spend the whole day there. Very good hotel located in the quiet Diplomatic area. Rooms are clean and renovated. It’s reasonably priced in comparison with other hotels. I noticed that the staff seemed a little bit stressed out. They made a mistake in my room payment, but it was sorted out on the spot. Also, there was a confusion on my check out, but it was sorted out too.

In addition to the exceptional hotel ambience, the breakfast was amazing. The staff were very polite and helpful especially Youssef the restaurant manager, he made sure we were comfortable and was never tired to meet our needs. It’s a place to return to anytime.

The Spa was brilliant. Yen was an excellent and professional therapist. Hotel breakfast is great. Staff are pretty good. Lunch at the Asian restaurant Bo Sabi also very good. Gym is great too. The area is not so wonderful as you really can't walk anywhere. Room temperature not easy to regulate. Love that there is a basketball court on site.

The best hotel in Bahrain. I really think everyone should book this. It was just overall a perfect hotel and new place. I have stayed at three other hotels in the Manama area and I must say this is the best hotel by far. And the prices are all very similar, sometimes even cheaper! Much more worth than staying at Rotana, exclusive to only the Middle East.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and was well taken care of. Many great staff members and service including the cleaning staff Kailash who was attentive and responsive to all of my requests. The wellness center and gym facilities were very good and accessible.

In general Hotel is good but I could not find anyone on entrance to help me offload my suitcase. This is must specially for senior persons like me. Breakfast restaurant staff is good service is good. I would recommend adding some more dry fruits and Kadak, Masala Tea to Menu. Freshly squeezed orange juice would be very good.

The rooms are perfect, massive bed with fluffy pillows. Very helpful and polite staff, room service was excellent. Housekeeping was tip top every morning and was lucky to have Mr Naveen who was so polite and passionate at his job. Will highly recommend.

Was a one night stay. Mr. Bassam in the reception was generous and upgraded my room to the VIP suite and I would like to thank him for that. Friendly and thoughtful. I stayed 1 night for a business trip. Not the most luxurious setup, but I enjoyed it more than many fancier places. Asking me for a wake up call at check-in saved time. Having usable power outlets at the bedside was a welcome relief.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The people were nice and friendly. The food was delicious and the rooms were modern and clean. The only thing that annoyed me was that the management was in a hurry to get us out of the hotel because, there were a bunch of us in the lobby waiting for the airport shuttle.
