I had a fantastic 5 night stay at the Gulf. Very helpful and polite staff. The food was excellent and some of the in-house restaurants are world class. A special shout out to Chris and Shenouda at the gym. It’s lovely people like them that make this place what it is!

This hotel was wonderful but the only problem was its lack of disabled or baby Pram access. The staff didn't know how we could get to the pool with our buggy without carrying down lots of steps. I can’t recommend in any way. The hotel was great but much of it was inaccessible due to an enormous wedding which took over multiple restaurants, the entire beach, they were even building a stage! It should have been a full buy out.

Crown plaza is a very good hotel, close to the old market, mosque and national museum, and right opposite to the avenue shopping mall/Bahrain bay, also next to the World Trade Center. A fine hotel in Bahrain not far from the airport. The rooms are quite spacious, and the furniture is quite new and well maintained. The restaurant on-site serves a diverse variety of dishes, and is very good. There is an Indian and an Asian restaurant on-site, too. The staff is very friendly and kind. The swimming pool is quite large, and they have a reasonable gym.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The people were nice and friendly. The food was delicious and the rooms were modern and clean.
