Great staff that makes you feel at home

For the same amount of money I have paid, I could have gotten a better hotel. No concierge to help with the luggage, had to drag my staff from the parking which is a little bit far from the entrance under the rain

Foyer and dining area nice and modern. When going into the lifts there are TVs with pics of new modern hotels. No doubt with a little investment this hotel could be also. Especially the breakfast staff

Bahrain Carlton is located in Adliya area and quiet. Rooms are clean and having old furnitures. The Filipino receptionist Marie and Maria are accommodating and friendly. Well recommended! The hotel is 3 star category

Staff need to be more professional with guests. Shower need to be repaired. No proper cleaning in place .
