There was exam online for my daughter which required to delay my check out, I requested late checkout from reception till 3 clock .accepting, special thanks for the lady ( Pilipino girl) who help in this regard

Hotel is in a great location, easy to access and within walking distance to both Al Ali Mall and Seef Mall and a strip of nearby restaurants. Hotel has good parking around the hotel and also underground parking directly accessible from the hotel lifts. Restaurant, Bar and pool, gym, sauna and spa etc have great offerings. The rooms are very spacious. The hotel is in need of some upgrades, the rooms are very dark, lighting is poor. The room has a mix of old "EU" power?? and some 220v in limited located making it hard to connect/recharge devices. Kitchen facilities were limited and the small fridge in the room was so old it had broken shelves and the freezer was so frozen/full of ice it was unusable. The hotel uses water saving shower heads, which is a great, except these ones are so restricted having a shower was an extreme challenge... Towels etc in the bathroom are cheap and old, also need a serious re-stock of new linen. Great location, busy hotel but overall I wouldn't stay here again with so many other choices around.

Location is good being adjacent to Al Aali Boulevard area ... also 2 shopping centers within walking distance... everything is just normal for short stay for next day meetings in country
