An amazing place to live in. It is right next to City Center Bahrain. Closer to Manama. Breakfast is really good. And House keeping is the best. In fact I want to mention a name, Triana it is, she is the best house keeper.

Room service is so so so bad. I have to call them 4 times to remind them. Like now i called 20 minutes ago to get an iron and nothing yet! 5 hours ago i asked for a hair brush she said okay 10 minutes later nothing. I called again she said okay! 10 minutes later nothing😡! I went to the lobby and asked in person again she asked me about the room number then she said okay! 10 minutes later i called again to remind them because apparently they have short memory she said sorry we don’t have! Okay just call me and inform me from the beginning !!!!!! why i keep calling u to get an answer!!!!!!! This is so upsetting!!! Unfortunately i booked for two days here! And this is my first day!! I don’t recommend u to stay here. RUN

I stayed for a whole month at Ramada city center where I was super comfortable, all my needs were met. The staff is super courteous and kind, customer service at it's best there. Rooms are cleans and spacious. Their breakfast is a must try. A special thanks to the hotel Manager for his kindness and help, Kipra and Nirajan for making my stay beyond satisfying. Good luck to all the team and for sure I'll be back again.

The place itself , location wise is amazing . Right in the city proper and just a few meters away from the mall. Spacious and silent. The lobby has an entertainer playing the violin to entertain guests . The hotel staffs are kind ,courteous and always willing to assist . The breakfast buffet as well is so good you'll come out so full and satisfied . The rooms are clean neat and tidy , so with their bathrooms. The reason i gave them a low star is because this 4 star hotel DOES NOT have a heater in their rooms . What kind of a hotel in a place that has a winter season but does not have a heater in their rooms ???? . Its winter and its raining so the outside temperature is sooo cold so the rooms are chilly. When we called the reception and the technician came to our room explaining that we are the 3rd person to complain that day about the missing heater in the room and that he informed the manager about it . And that's that . The hotel is only good for the summer season but definitely bad for winter or else your butt will freeze out .

stayed here for five days. It was beautiful. The location is great (2 mins from City Centre). The whole staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was spacious, plus had a great view and a small beautiful balcony. Overall, exquisite experience.

Im so disappointed from this hotel!
For many reason
1 miss communication
I called a day before to ask if jacuzzi was working and they said YES and that they close at 10 pm. When i arrived i asked to insure again and they confirm with yes.
After checking in i got ready to go to the jacuzzi to find they were close and the jacuzzi isn’t working!!!
2. Staff were not professional at alll !
As i was walking to the pool area they were smoking in the room!
3. Room service take forever to bring WATER to the room
4. They dont have heaters in their rooms!
In conclusion i dont recommended them for winter and they need to hire professionals.
