Comfort Inn Fredericton

Nice hotel, but happy of it is currently under construction and very dusty. I’m not happy that the workers did not close off the area being worked on! Lots of dust being spread all over the facility.. and very close to the dining area… the tables were coated in dust from sanding and I’m sure the food also had a layer on it.. having breathing issues did not help me to enjoy my stay! The heaters in the rooms were very loud, if you want to watch television, you have to pause the program until it shuts off to hear it! Also if you want to enjoy the exterior and get a fresh breath of air, don’t do it when it’s raining.. there is serious issues with the gutters around the building where the water just drips down right near the patio doors splashing into the room if the door is open… very friendly staff and the rooms are kept nice. But!!!! I got home and discovered a rash on the back of my leg. The only time my leg had nothing covering it was while I was in bed. The other patrons in the hotel do not have any respect for others, at 3:00 am quite a few rooms had the guests making way too much noise and paper thin walls.
Over all I give my stay an 3 out of 10!

The staff was friendly. The facility needs some real serious updates. Carpet is I am sure the cause for the offensive odour. Rooms are really small. Staff tried to be accommodating. Felt bad for cleaning staff as they can only surface clean. I would not recommend, for the money, there are nicer hotels out there. We had a lack of hot water!!!

No glasses in the room, garbage left in the washroom, the room was freezing cold, the girl that checked me in was far from friendly. We have a corporate rate here and not only will I never stay here again but I will be advising my employer not to ever book anyone here again.
