The room was nice and modern. We experienced a quick check-in process. The location is just a short drive from downtown Fredericton. The breakfast was enjoyable.

We were only in the room for a few hours but the bed was very comfortable. We came in at 03:30 am and left at 10:00. we had to wake up the clerk, but even at the time we went in, the service was very good. We woke them up, but they were more than happy to help us to our room.

Rooms are nice and clean, full hot breakfast. The only downside that we had was, we asked to change rooms from the top floor down to the first floor and it was an extra $20. It appears that the hotels are catching up to the airlines for wanting to charge extras.

When the regular hotel chain that I visit for my business travels is unavailable, my go to is Comfort Inn. Always clean, always courteous staff, fair pricing, free parking, and most important, comfortable beds. The Comfort Inn does offer a basic breakfast that should satisfy most. If you like a traditional American breakfast, or a healthier breakfast, then I suggest that you source a nearby restaurant.

Great place had a sitting room and a huge bedroom the bathroom was great very large .nice complimetary coffee and tea. Had to use the ironing board and was clean ..The breakfast was. ERY nice the room it was I is a bit small but it worked the lady serving was a. VERY sweet lady everything and everyone was so friendly thank you we will definitely be back if we are back your way

It’s newly renovated. Warm and welcoming. Love the shower, so bright. I like there is no carpet. Love the patio doors on lower level. Breakfast room is small. We didn’t eat breakfast there because hotel was too busy and dining area too small.

This hotel was lovely, especially for the price. We had a corner room that was large and spacious with 2 queen beds. So comfortable! The price of this hotel could not be beat! Parking was free, easy, and close to entrance. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was ver appreciated. The only downside was that the breakfast room was quite small and gets very crowded with long lines. We plan to stay here again later this summer.

We stayed two nights at Comfort Inn. The staff was great and I liked being able to park right outside our room or elsewhere in the spacious parking lot. We needed to change our room after check in and the staff was very helpful - it was no problem to change. We loved the laundry! Only one washer and dryer but they were new and efficient and each was $1.50. Included breakfast was fine with some hot food (scrambled eggs, sausages, make your own waffle) and the standard cereal and yogurt etc. It’s located far from the action downtown so nice and quiet but you will need to drive to most restaurants and attractions which was expected and fine with us. Thanks to the staff for their helpfulness and friendly smiles! This is a good value hotel and I’d happily stay again.

Returned to the Comfort Inn because I had a great time last year. We went for a volleyball tournament again. Even though they were redoing the hotel it didn’t bother us any.it was quiet and the construction workers were polite. Breakfast is just your regular hotel breakfast. Beds are comfy and bathrooms are clean.

Nice hotel, but happy of it is currently under construction and very dusty. I’m not happy that the workers did not close off the area being worked on! Lots of dust being spread all over the facility.. and very close to the dining area… the tables were coated in dust from sanding and I’m sure the food also had a layer on it.. having breathing issues did not help me to enjoy my stay! The heaters in the rooms were very loud, if you want to watch television, you have to pause the program until it shuts off to hear it! Also if you want to enjoy the exterior and get a fresh breath of air, don’t do it when it’s raining.. there is serious issues with the gutters around the building where the water just drips down right near the patio doors splashing into the room if the door is open… very friendly staff and the rooms are kept nice. But!!!! I got home and discovered a rash on the back of my leg. The only time my leg had nothing covering it was while I was in bed. The other patrons in the hotel do not have any respect for others, at 3:00 am quite a few rooms had the guests making way too much noise and paper thin walls.
