Stay at the other Holiday Inn in town.
This one's beds are so broken in your sleep will be horrible. I've stayed here twice thinking maybe it's just a bad room. Things happen. No, two different floors, two different rooms. Two different beds. Both worn right out. Never again. Everything else was fine.

You need choice Holiday inn express, excellent service; free breakfast; more confortable and better rooms. Tuesday is Apretiation gees day. Free snacks, not alcoholic drinks and beer

As a guy who lives in hotels for work most of the year this place is an absolute joke. The front desk staff were as friendly as a rabid dog, the continental breakfast staff asked us multiple times when we were leaving as if we were unwelcome guests, trying to get the rooms cleaned was like pulling hens teeth.
If it wasn’t for my company booking with this travesty of a hotel I would never return.
Sad state of affairs as Holiday inn usually has a good name. This one is well below par.

Stayed here on a work trip. Hotel is great. My preferred brand. Lots of parking, underground option. Location provides easy access to get on the main roads. Staff is great, even got a courtesy call after check in. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Room service was great, the food was cooked perfectly.

I stayed here for one night and was happy with my choice.
Rooms have been renovated nicely with a modern look.
Interesting they put the washroom sink outside and within the bedroom.
Staff were nice and quick to check in and check out was simple and quick as well.
Location is great, close to the many retail and restaurants and to the airport.
It is a busy hotel so make sure to book your stay ahead.

Parking garage was so nice in 40 below zero and the pool was very fun and clean!

The room was very clean and new - it exceeded expectations. The people at the front desk were very nice. The hotel was centrally located with enough parking.

Been here before, NOT a fan of this place. Staff can be ignorant and incompetent at times. Cleanliness can get poor, once stayed for 3 weeks in a row, they didn't vacuum nor dust at all.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. We had our wedding there this past weekend and I could not have been happier. The food was fantastic and Patrica the events coordinator went above and beyond to make our day the most perfect reception I could have wanted. Gorgeous room and fantastic accommodating staff. Highly recommend anyone having their event or wedding at this hotel!!!

This is my 3rd review of hotel. Why do I continually stay here. It's been nearly 3 months since last stay, when I checked in, they recognized me on site, room warm and immaculately clean with 0 orders. When I left in the am, front desk staff again recognized me by name. It's not. Just a hotel, it's home
