Staff is always friendly, and rooms are incredibly clean!

We stayed at this hotel in early July. At the time there was a medical issue which affected our travels. The staff, in particular Joanne and Eva, were stellar in both efficiency and kindness.
The hotel itself was comfortable, clean and met the needs of us and our friends. I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation. 5 stars!

I was traveling through with my dog on my way to Edson and decided last minute to get a hotel. A friend had recommended Sandman as a pet friendly hotel. The hotel was quiet and the room was immaculate. There was a pool and a gym. Ramona at the front desk was very helpful and friendly when she checked me in and out. Great rooms for a great price and great services!! Will be staying again next time I pass through. Will be recommending this all my friends passing through.

My family stayed here on my mom’s birthday and we enjoyed our room so much that we don’t want to go home 😅 the staff were great and very accommodating. And the room was very clean and spacious. The Denny’s Restaurant is accessible through the lobby and you can even order room service from there! How great is that? Would probably stay here again and will recommend to friends and family as well!

I’d rate this hotel a 3.5
The hotel itself was wonderful. The room itself was great. It has Updated rooms with comfy beds and everything you’d need. Staff were great and with earls and Denny’s right there were good food options.
But…the AC units are old and loud and it’s right beside the train tracks so the trains are very loud at all times of the the night, so I found it difficult to sleep. The “fitness” room is a treadmill and a cable machine so it leaves something to be desired there. Pool and hot tub were small but nice.
The bar down stairs bar one had some very questionable characters with homeless people hanging around the lobby. Wouldn’t recommend.
It’s a decent hotel but for 160 a night I could have found a quieter and better stay.
Didn’t hate my stay but won’t be going back for the price.

Came down to visit some family. Have to say one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. The staff is fantastic all around. Blessings checked me in and she was so kind And made it quick and easy, she ended up giving me a little gift package for my dog which had some treats, a toy and poop bags. Which is a super cool thing to do! Who ever came up with that idea that is a genius. I love that you made the pets feel welcomed too! The room. I don’t even know where to start. I personally think it’s super cool that they make swans out of the towels and really make you feel like a million bucks. Super clean and cozy! Kim was also amazing! Checkout, I did not catch her name but she was so sweet and funny. All around this property is amazing. Thanks for having me!

I really enjoyed my stay! I traveled for work and the receptionist was outstanding, genuinely concerned about our well-being and wanting to know if we needed anything else. The room was large and very new and modern - super clean and I felt very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptional and plenty of towels and free toiletries. I had plans to check out the pool; it was a very nice pool area (I took a peek). There are plenty of breakfast and lunch/dinner places around the area. When we left, the hotel covered the costs of the taxi to the airport for us! Thank you so much!

We were quite pleased with the property.
We travel with our small dog and require pet friendly rooms. Typically that means that we always are booked into the worst rooms in a hotel. This hotel was the pleasant exception.
We were booked into an upgraded one bedroom ground floor suite and it was lovely. We were on the track side and heard the train twice but it wasn’t an issue.
There is a Denny’s on-site and another restaurant across the parking lot.
Check in/check out was efficient, prompt and friendly. Simply the best pet friendly room we have booked.
We will not hesitate to stay at this property when next in GP.
