For the coldest day in B.C the pool was very nice and at a very nice temperature. I put in a few laps and the temperature pool PERFECT. Customer service excellent and very polite. I had breakdown and booked this at last time. Clean room and was also under my budget. Very nice and friendly staff. Clean towels and bedsheets with good fragrances. Great thing was coffee machine in the room for morning refreshments. Happy happy

You get what you pay for. It's a relatively cheap motel and you can see that by the way to rooms are set up but everything was really well cleaned and the breakfast was really good. Good value for the price. Room clean, recently refurbished, bed comfortable. Continental breakfast was good. Heating system did not work. Shower curtain rod was installed too high so water leaked on bathroom floor.

This was my third stay at this motel and I must admit I have never been disappointed . it surprises me why there is a few very her harsh reviews I hope the management is monitoring them. I think this property is very good value for under $100, waffles In the breakfast are awesome. the staff is very friendly and easily accessible location.

Got absolutely no problem giving 5 stars for this place, currently staying here and staff are friendly, rooms are clean and seems quiet. Also have on site guest laundry and available large vehicle parking on the road. Deffinetly one of the better ones I have stayed in.

Great stay. Clean rooms, stayed in the King room with a comfortable king size beds. Quiet except for the trains that go by, but that just adds to the country feeling. Reasonable rates, easy to talk to staff, very accommodating. Definitely recommend to anyone, we will be staying there again.

It was a nice, quiet location with an impressive view of the mountains on the other side of the Highway. Room was clean, had AC, and it had a coffee machine! Can't go wrong with some coffee in the room! Oh, and they had one of the more faster Wi-Fis I've ever experienced at a motel. Staff was friendly too. My room is sweet. I have a bedroom that is comfy and its super dark. Been sleeping well! I have a kitchen and a livingroom and my dog is as happy as I am with it. It's older but they take pride in it and their customer service. Mike has gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy. I am a new regular. I spent a few days at this wonderful hotel! It had a combination of old world ambience and everyday comfort. The staff were so patient and kind and I so much appreciated that. I will definitely return!

I’m not sure why all of the low ratings. My experience was great. Check in was fast and easy after a long day. The two men in the office were very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The sheets and towels were fresh and they allowed me to have my cat with me. Which was amazing. I honestly have nothing bad to say. Would definitely stay here again. Prices were reasonable too.

They allowed a little early checkin, so was very happy with that. Room had decent space and comfortable mattress. Overall, would like stay again if they will give better price than others.

I stayed at the Park View Motel for 1 week and they were very good when it came to the rooms being cleaned and kept up. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The restaurant had very good good.The people who took care of the place were very hospitable. The motel is located at 11th and Seymour just going into downtown in Kamloops. I rate this motel 4 stars

Wasn't the best, and could have been better. Had issues with 2 month prior booked reservation and ended up with a seriously downgraded suite due to motels malfunctioning computer system, customer service; as well as suite conditions could definitely use improvement. I Would not recommend friends or family. And will not personally choose again in the future.
