Close to the university, grocery store and bus stop. One of the good location in kamloops. Can view whole city from here.

I would NEVER suggest staying here. I have never stayed in a place that didn't have a microwave in the room in even the cheapest places I've stayed at. I have stayed at many places, expensive fancy hotels to the cheapest places you can find with many different people and I have NEVER been charged for my hair color getting on a towel after a shower. They charged me $14 for a towel because my hair ran after my shower and got on the towel. Hair dye comes off especially with bleach. I asked to keep the towel since they were charging me for it and they wouldn't allow it! Ridiculous. Also they said the refund for the rest of my deposit should be instant and it wasn't! Never staying here again.

Not good for a longer stay as there are no kitchens, or may be in 2 rooms there are kitchen and if planning for a shorter stay then make sure you know that there are mostly students. Talking about students, they give rooms in high price to them because the university is near by. Whereas finding motels around the transcanada highway is way cheaper. Buses are all around so no need to worry because students get free pass. Al d best.

This Inn is not for everyone but, I have enjoyed staying here. The prices are very competitive and just remember that you get what you pay for. So if you're looking for a 5 star you might have to shell out a lot more. Not the best place to bring your kids. There are some parties but, usually don't get out of control. I am a heavy sleeper so not much bothers me. The front end staff have always been good to me and the rooms are very comfortable, it looks like they have been renovated in the last couple of years. Comfortable beds and spacious with some rooms have balconies. The last thing to say is that the view over the city is excellent. I don't think you will be disappointed.

They've decided you can only check out when its convenient for them. Went to check out at 7am to continue traveling to catch a ferry. Sign on office door saying back in a quick 5 min. After calling and banging on the door as well as the private residence door and 2.5 hrs later someone finally struggled out of bed to the front desk. Not a care in the world myself and a few others were waiting to check out. His excuse was they open late on Tuesday and couldn't be bothered. Worst customer service ever. Room was dirty and ac didn't work. Horrible experience. Not recommended.

For a one night stay it was manageable. The photos Make it look like a nice enough place, but once you get in the rooms are dark, smelly, unclean and out of date. They advertised a nice looking pool, of course it was only half full of water and very well unkept deck around it. The toilet wouldn’t stop running and the walls were very dirty. Sheets were clean at least. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again and would spend the extra $20 a night somewhere that you feel comfortable.

Bitchy staff lady, used syringes, laundry room breaks down, they don’t fix, with no recompense for guests at all. Garbage piled up, welcome to a third world experience, in our own backyard!

Partially reno'd inexpensive place to stay. At least the Indian food at the form Chapter's View Point location is a passable 2nd best in the city for that type of food.
