First and foremost, the cleanliness of the rooms was below par. The carpets were stained, and there were noticeable signs of wear and tear throughout the entire space. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there were even hairs left behind from previous guests. It was clear that housekeeping had not paid attention to detail.

It was evident that the hotel did not invest in maintaining its facilities to meet the expectations of its guests.

I was wrong by looking at Google reviews and that made me choose this hotel aside from the location.

Towels are ripped and sooo old you can almost see through them. Went and asked for new ones.

At this point I was still not upset as they were able to replace them. But…

Then we just came back from an all day drive and there was no room service done to our room and same towels from the morning .

Elevator is dirty and it really looks like there are no or not enough staff to maintain this place.

I see one poor man cleaning around the building but no one else.

I can’t wait to get out of this place.
