Fantastic servic In heart of city, this older hotel is clean, comfortable and great staff. Nostalgic restaurant with homey feel and good value for the meal. Karen on front desk was welcoming and helpful for suggesting restaurants still open when I arrived at almost midnight.

Rosslyn Inn is overal great. I was at the Holiday Inn North, dirty and killed 2 carpet beetles in 2 days. Housecleaning never replaced the mattress cover the 10 days I stayed. The windows would only open to 2 inches, they had a screw. In the window track so it couldn't open anymore. FIRE HAZERD?

The whole hotel is old and run down. Nothing but issues the entire stay. Broken shower with water everywhere the first day. The smallest TV with 90% sports is not great for everyone's winding down time. Locked out of our room second day because of old need replacement door hardware, spent 45 minutes on the floor after a long day waiting for them to open the door. Jacuzzi tub was so awkward and loud it was impossible to use. And with only 20 cars in the parking lot I don't think there is a reason to put a large loud group of people next to another occupied room. No offer to move, or compensation when complained.

KC and Donita are very accommodating and helpful. Other staff are polite too. About our room, it's clean but it smells old. Maybe the building is old, I dunno. But overall experience 100%.

My Dad has been going to this restaurant for over 30 years! Many changes over time, of course. But not when it comes to the food! Always delicious, good sized portions. Prices are comparable to most places nowadays.
Service is always fast and friendly.
It's the one place my Dad always takes me when I visit from Ontario. 🙂

No tvs worked. Shower barely worked. For a hotel that costs that much hopefully you’d have a decently functioning shower and entertainment.

Very disappointing stay. Problems with bathroom and had to change room because of it. Old hotel. No complementary toothbrush or shaving kits. Some staff were excellent. Staffer at front desk at our check out was not at all friendly. The cleaning staff was awesome. I won't stay agai or recommend it to anyone else.

We have visited this hotel regularly over the years but this will be our last time. I was assaulted by bed bugs, (diagnosed and treated by a local doctor with prescription meds for the bites on my face, shoulders, arms, legs, and feet), and the hotel's response was to move us to a different room - that's it. They may have moved some bed bugs to that room as well because they failed to take any precautions or provide any guidance to us. As per my own research, decent hotels have protocols in place including immediately providing laundry service to remove any bugs that may have burrowed in our luggage, and evacuating the neighboring rooms which they didn't do. I feel management failed their staff by not having procedures in place, and their customers by not addressing this situation in a proactive manner. I was left to fend for myself, they showed zero compassion. I did get 25% off of my bill but I had to press for that as well. Sadly, I saw no signs of any bed bug eradication after we left that room, just the regular housekeeping routine.

The front desk and security are quick to judge, label and patronize you. They look down thier noses at you, and make you feel belittled, unwanted, and embarrassed. It's a hassle if you have to go in or out through the front door over night. They might deny you re-entry, due to not looking like you belong with the likes of them.
Rooms are nice tho. And house keep staff are friendly.
