Rooms were clean, And pet friendly. Front desk service was great. Location was good for me, being close to work, but it's not scenic, it's on the edge of an industrial park.

I really enjoyed my one day stay there. I was allowed to early check in for free, and the bed is very comfortable which makes me sleep very well. Quite and dark kept by the curtains. Very nice staff. Also there is free shuttle services from/to the airport.

Very clean and updated. The room was spacious for a family of 5 and being able to leave our vehicle there and shuttle to the airport was excellent

Adequate hotel. Breakfast server was awesome. No snow removal on walk ways makes it ridiculously unsafe and slippery although shovel and brooms were leaning against the entrance way. 2 days they were unused. Shower head in bath stuck in between settings. Shower door leaks and fills bath mat. Hot water lacking for hot shower. Had full hot on and was looking for more heat.

Loved it here! The rooms were comfortable and clean, bed was SO comfortable, had a great sleep, showers were awesome, food was great, couldn't ask for better! I stayed here for 1 night prior to an early morning flight. The room was very large, and the bed was fairly comfortable. The hotel has a airport shuttle about every half hour, and the driver was very helpful and friendly. The room was a bit noisy, but to be expected next to a major highway and beside an airport.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Furnishings are lovely. The halls and public areas are very well kept and clean. The staff is lovely and cheerful. The in house restaurant is welcoming with great staff and food. We were there for 5 days with a large group for a wedding. Rooms ranged from basic to executive suites. We were all very pleased.

This is a fantastic hotel for people on business. It is a quiet environment with very attentive staff. There is a small restaurant in the lobby. The food and service was good. They have a 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport available on request. The rooms are clean and comfortable, they have Wi-Fi that is fast enough to Skype with and they have a complimentary breakfast.

The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast menu had lots of variety to accomodate all tastes. We had the sausage, scrambled eggs, and pan fried potatoes with coffee. It was delicious.

The best continental breakfast - with zero wait times you are one moment away from delicious pancakes, make your own oatmeal, and perfectly seasoned sausages. The only thing I didn't like was I got a room with a kitchenette in it and the fridge (full sized) woke me up on and off through the night. The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and accommodating. While there the washing machine broke down. Towels were in storage. They did their best to make sure we got our towels once they had fixed the machine. We enjoyed our stay.

Very old and the carpet in our room was buckled and gross, the tub did not look clean enough for bathing, sheets were starching and window had so much moisture cause mold plus could not get the room warm enough. It's a normal feeling Holiday Inn but the location is terrible. You basically always have to go north over 1KM even if you want to go to the South Commons mall area which is south a few hundred meters. Only outdoor parking, no indoor/underground. Arguably the best express hotel in town. Stayed couple of times and loved the breakfast. Room and staff are always awesome and friendly. Professional and tidy are all they offers. It can be tricky to access as it's right on a busy major intersection. Once you're in the hotel is easy to navigate. Standard conference room furniture and the layout was usable. Where they shine is with the food and service.

Clean hotel with good sized, comfortable rooms and a lovely little pool/hot tub. Only caveat is that the hotel is located right next to well used train tracks. I used a noise machine and still heard it a couple times in the night, nothing too crazy but something to consider when booking.

The price was great. The room was clean,and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. All staff I encountered were friendly and professional, and my room was nice and clean when we got back from being out all day. Clean huge rooms that come with a very basic breakfast for around $80/night (inclusive of taxes). The location may not be perfect but its less than 15minutes drive to downtown Edmonton and 25minutes to the airport. It's an ok hotel. Not anything spectacular. Bed is springy, interior design is dated, amenities are what you expect from such a hotel. Honestly nothing to bring it above what I expected. Everything was great as usual except this time when I went for breakfast the scrambled eggs were over cooked, only two sausages in the pan and no fried potatoes. Checked in at days inn. Rented the king jacuzzi room. They price was fair, and the room was clean. The person at the front desk was polite and friendly. The bed was of good quality and the jacuzzi worked very well. Only thing negative I have to say is that the place is kinda in a sketchy area and the furniture is older. They need to remodel.

Great hostel! The staff was really friendly and helpful and the rooms (including the bathrooms) were very clean. The kitchen was quite big which is nice. There aren’t a lot of plugs in the room, but they provided an extender so everyone was able to charge their electronics. The lockers were really big and could easily fit all of your belongings. Had a great time during my stay!

Great location, easy walking distance to main strip nearby. Rooms are spacious and the beds were comfy. No individual privacy around any of the bunks though if you refer that. Front desk reception were also lovely and helpful

Great facilities. Not as many travellers as I would have hoped- quite a lot of oil field workers in Edmonton on their days off and a few homeless. But everyone was nice and, as I say, the facilities were brilliant.
