The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast menu had lots of variety to accomodate all tastes. We had the sausage, scrambled eggs, and pan fried potatoes with coffee. It was delicious.

The best continental breakfast - with zero wait times you are one moment away from delicious pancakes, make your own oatmeal, and perfectly seasoned sausages. It can be tricky to access as it's right on a busy major intersection. Once you're in the hotel is easy to navigate. Standard conference room furniture and the layout was usable. Where they shine is with the food and service.

Have stayed here multiple times when in Edmonton and the service has been exceptionally phenomenal from the front desk staff to the house keeping staff. This hotel is a nice place to relax indoors swim in the pool . Spa pool rooms available. Breakfast, WiFi, Fridge ,microwave, and cable tv in room. Bed was clean as was the room and comfortable. Rooms were nice and our stay was pleasant. Just a few recommendations: 1) The bed sizes of King were small compared to a regular King. We noticed this when we stayed in the 3rd floor. 2) The line up in the breakfast can be avoided if they organize the breakfast area better (people don't have to go back and forth for spoons, jams, toppings) and add another waffle maker.

I live in hotels for 6 months a year for work, so a solid 3 with 4 in rooms and service is a pretty good rating from me. Breakfast looked great, but there were about 100 people at it so we decided to eat after check out. Room was clean. Pool could use a clean, but lots of users. Located just off what I call Hotel row. Got in late and the air conditioner made noise all night. I asked for a refund in the AM and Paul did a great job to help us. Thanks Paul for caring about our stay. Lobby was small but nice. Rooms are painted yellow which makes them seems older than they are. Nice curtain in our room to separate king bed from pullout.

Hotel is on the north west side of Edmonton, good location for a business trip if you only need to visit that side of the city, but really far from downtown. Rooms are really cozy, kitchen is very well equipped for a long stay. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast is above average. In general it's a very good option.
