We did not use the spa because of covid 19 concerns. The rooms was comfortable, loved that there was no carpets. The fan on heating unit very loud.

Check in and instructions on the amenities are not very clear. Arrived had a package with addition with credits for restaurant. It gift cards were not included, the instructions for wine bottles, the spa, the billing… it was kind of the like having everything with no instructions to assist. You kind of had to guess and hope you’re right. Overall: nice and very clean, downside the tv was a bit outdated...

Nice split level room, clean and spacious. Enjoyed patio area to look at view. The pool and spa were nice. I liked that there were several hot tubs to choose from.

We greatly enjoyed our 5 night stay. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and very quiet. Only 2 things we did not like: It would be good for the stay to include housekeeping at least every other day. We elected to pay for one cleaning and then they failed to do it until I asked at the end of the day. But to the hotel's credit, they sent someone right away to clean and then did not charge...

Our waiters for the weekend Sam during the evening meal at the tomahawk grill and Lorie were absolutely great at customer service. Very nice and understanding and had great communication when there was a shift that made that made the order take time to come. Big applause to Frank the entertainer. it's a cute place with nice amneties and nice rooms! However, the cash value money that they are giving you is really odd and uneasy to use. Our food was once delayed and wasn't as high quality, so we chose to opt out from tipping but the person who delivered the food demanded we leave her a tip and even told us how much she expected from us. We found it very odd and rude, we ended up leaving a tip...

What a GREAT find! we had so much fun and were so relaxed here. We were in the family suite as we had our child with us. Super roomy, Breakfast was so good each morning, they served cheese from a local Abby. And the the host was full of knowledge about the surrounding area. Beds were comfy, pool was nice. We look forward to being in the area again. A must stay

Wonderfully relaxing B&B in the countryside. Comfy, well-appointed rooms on a theme (and they love pillows!), large grounds with pool, jacuzzi and big balcony; nice breakfast; interesting little library; friendly bilingual owners. It's about a 30 minute bike ride from Magog on the Georgeville road, but I preferred the backroads approach. If you come by bike, be aware that there are no stores nearby...

We had planned on staying two nights at the Au Cite du Cerf Argente' but felt so comfortable, we stayed a third night. Our innkeepers, Eric and Dorthy were very friendly and very helpful. The room was beautifully done and very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and they have a pool as well as other outside facilities. The breakfast were very well done and very filling. Our stay at Ici Et Maintenant was magnificent! Our host greeted us and offered us wine or beer and suggested we relax on their beautiful porch for a while. It is a very friendly gite, the kindness of the hostess is more than perfect. The breakfast is complete and they don't hesitate to take you to distant places to take the bus. They guide you in your travels.

Very comfortable place to stay, beautiful view of the water and mountains. In the winter there is a nice ice path to go skating on and its only a 5 minute walk into town.

We've been staying at the Etoile-sur-le -Lac for many years, and we always felt very welcomed! The receptionists are really great, smiling and always very helpful!!! Kuddo! However, not the same in the dining room:.the waitress should think about retiring;.... she was rather rude and made no effort to make us feel welcomed.. Some friends of ours had the same experience....we won't be eating there...

Nice laid back hotel right on the lake. Biking and walking trails with great views of lake and mountains. I stayed here on a buisness trip for a week. Food was excellent, staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was nice with lake view, operational gas fireplace, oversized Jacuzzi tub, sofa, large wide screen tv and a super comfy bed. Spectacular plate presentations by the lakeside. Wide selection of wines and meals are terroir inspired. Risotto (seafood) was a little overcooked but taste was phenomenal. Bison skirt steak on bed of couscous was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Service was discreet and efficient.

not a bad place for the money. the lady was very nice she was ok with a later checkout with no additional fees. they offer free ice. the room was clean nice fridge. great location if you want to do things in magog or orford. I booked this Motel on October 2021 because of the early check in at 3:00 pm That’s awesome! I can go and relax. Most of hotels it’s at 4:00 pm for me this is late. 3:00 pm it’s great! Quality for the price is as expected. Rooms are comfy, clean and basic. The bathroom is the only area that would need improvement. The couple who has the place are nice. The atmosphere is very calm. Not noisy. Perfect for a nights rest. Great yard, big terrain.

Last minute booking for a ski trip. Excellent location, 5 min to Mont Orford and you could load and unload the ski gears at the door. They sell the ski pass as well. Little kitchen is useful. Basic decor and clean room. Nice owner, free breakfast is nice and fill you up before heading for the snow. Fast internet. No complaints and will recommend to friends.

The cottage had a lot of light (big windows) and a nice view on the mountains and lake. It was well equipped, nice tick towels,BBQ etc. Also near the village.

A real cottage! I went with my small family of 4 with my dog ​​and it was great. Close to all outdoor activities and the lake. The super nice owner even passed us a playpen for my child. It was even bigger than I thought big room and a big bathroom. It is on that it is close to the road, but it is little pass the evening. I highly recommend it for small families on a budget.

Stayed at Chalet A for one night. It was a very hot day in May, so having direct access to the lake across the street was great! I liked the set up of the chalet, it was cozy. Perfect for a brief stay. Good connection to get anywhere in the area.

Chalet l'Orignal is not directly on the lake, however the views of the surrounding countryside are charming and the sunsets magnificent. Close enough to the 112 and the 10 for quick access to all the Townships attractions. Clean, pleasantly furnished places, lots of character. Comfortable bed. Over the years, we have visited all the chalets. Each of them has a particular cachet, more or less rustic, but always very well furnished, with elegance and great attention to detail. The Breakfast was excellent and made fresh every morning. The location of the BnB was also well placed in the centre of Magog, lots of restaurants and little boutiques around the corner. There was also a common room/kitchen upstairs with a pool table and lots of board games. On top of that there was also a hot tub in a small cabin in the backyard which was perfect after a day of cross country skiing...

I loved our stay at this BnB. The rooms were comfortable and clean with lots of bedding and towels. The outdoor Jacuzzi was exactly what we needed after a long day of skiing! Melanie was an incredible host who made sure we were comfortable and had all the information we needed for our trip. Very cute place, literally a 2-minute walk away from everything in town. Clean rooms with AC and heating. There were no window shades, so we got woken up with the sun at 6 am.. Delicious breakfast included, made by the owner himself. There's a common room upstairs with a kitchen, fridge and pool table. There's a spa outside in a little shed. Overall nice experience, would recommend!

Great location, nice cozy rooms in an old Victoria style building. The host made us a home made breakfast and was amazing.

This Bed and Breakfast was a real find. It is charming and quite affordable. Pascal was very helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. We loved the location, which was within easy walking distance of many restaurants, and the outdoor area was a lovely place to relax. I highly recommend Au Virage if you are in the Magog area!

Excellent B&B, We felt like VIP for the three night that we were there. Outstanding breakfast with many choices prepare by Pascal, an extraordinaire host. (I gain a few pound because of him...). Comfortable bed, good WIFI and close to everything. We will go back!

Lyn and Eric are fantastic hosts! We had everything we needed during our stay and Lyn’s breakfasts were excellent. Their two sons were also helping out and we had the pleasure of listening to them play violin and piano! Our room was very cozy. It was the most amazing stay I had in a very long time. Lin is the nicest host that can be. She made us feel like we're home. Lynn and Eric took great care of all of us and showed incredible kindness and warmth towards our family. The rooms were tasteful and clean. We felt comfortable using their entire home and their beautiful garden. The location was perfect, a 10 min walk from the town centre.

An AMAZING Youth Hostel, in a fenomenal area of Quebec. The old presbyterian house, next to the town church gives this large colonial home an added touch! Can house up to 50 folks at once, it is an oasis in the eastern townships, guaranteed to create memories of a lifetime. We visited in early summer and would of stayed a few more days to decompress… The inside of the St-Patrick church next door...

Stayed here with my husband and 14 year old child and used Magog as a base for skiing. The room was very clean, and so were the (two) bathrooms on the floor. Coffee, juice, cereal and toast provided for breakfast. The communal space is nice and bright and has everything you might need for cooking. Great location. Craft beer store down the street and easy walking to restaurants and shops. 15 minute...

We had a short stay but it was clean and plenty of space! Communication with staff was great as our travel plans for arrival didn't go as planned. This auberge will be our place to stay next time we are in Magog!

We wanted to stay there but because of certain circumstances had to cancel very last minute. They were super understanding and empathic and did not even charge us anything for the last minute cancellation (even though we were ready to pay and it is written in their contract). 10 out of 10 I can't wait to be able to stay there one day!

I thought the place was great and an excellent deal. I only stayed one night but it would be great for multiple days as it didn't have the crowdedness or dirtiness of a typical youth hostel and the common areas were great.
