Stayed two nights in a clean, comfortable room in the new west wing. Checked in fairly late and were greeted to the police outside dealing with patrons from the Barking Parrot some of which were also smoking directly in front of the doors. Felt less than secure once night fell for sure. Then when we checked out one of the many staff didn’t even acknowledge us standing at the desk for a few minutes...

There is an option when reserving the room to have wine, food or other convenient items in your room upon check in. Didn't receive the items paid for. Refund was given. This is the best option for location, great restaurants. It has about the only dance bars left in town as well. Right on the beach, very walkable area. First time staying in the new west wing. Very nice rooms with lots of card key access to keep things safe. Parking was great if you got there early but spots are limited at night. The staff were great and trading a room cleaning for a $15 coupon helped buy a beer or two at the end of the day. Quite an eccentric crowd in The Parrot which added to the ambiance. Overall I would stay here again.

Had a great one night stay at this hotel. Staff were fabulous to talk to and location is amazing as it's right by the beach. Rooms and beds are slightly dated but everything was cleaned well. This Inn doesn't have an elevator. If your room is located on the 2nd floor, you need to carry all your languages up. Also, if you are with elderly or someone who has difficulty climbing up the stairs, make sure you request a room on the ground floor. The service is okay. The rooms are not clean enough. This is a decent hotel. It's a little dated, but clean and everything worked. The only reason why I'm giving it 4 and not 5 stars, is that the indoor pool was not in service but there was no mention of that on their website. We would have chosen a different hotel if we had known that. The breakfast was good. Food was fresh and the DIY pancakes were really good! I would stay here again.

I felt very welcomed by the reception, I felt like they went above and beyond for me. One of the reception was being trained and I felt like the person training was doing a great job. I will definitely stay here for all of my south okanagan work trips. Now I can't wait to wake up to the great breakfast. This building is a bit run down, there is only 1 elevator in the entire building. The pool is under renovation, no breakfast included, the air conditioning is noisy like sleeping next to a big engine for the whole night, the only good thing is the room was clean, but very old furniture, me and my husband weight around 260lbs together, the bed with the creaking sound with a very small movement........

Great stay! We forgot our phone charger and front desk was happy to let us borrow one and brought it to our room. Very clean lobby and room. The front desk team was friendly and helpful. Joshua went above and beyond to make our trip wonderful. Next time I’m in Penticton I’ll definitely stay here again. :)

Cam at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! The first room we got into had a really funky smell to it and he was right on-top of it to get us moved and made sure we were comfortable and made it known if we needed anything to let him know. The front desk ladies were friendly and we really loved the complimentary great tasting coffee at the front desk. We stayed in room 106 which was located by the courtyard. I had a room on the second floor with two queen beds. It was super clean! And looked like it was recently renovated. The room was quiet but i could hear tv sound of next room. There was no problem to sleep though. The pool was small but it looked like kids having fun! So my husband and I enjoyed warm pool instead ◡̈ Overall it was great, I will come back soon when the wether is better!

Dated hotel that was so clean and well looked after. 100% would come stay here again. The customer service was beyond expectation. We used the pool and hot tub that were both heated. The breakfast was good with lots of options. We liked staying on first floor and being able to unload tools out of truck and into room for safe keeping.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The trees on the property were amazing, it had two pools and the staff were amazing! I just wish the hot tub was working. It was all boarded up! The rooms were spacious and clean.

the bathroom was exceptional with a jacuzzi tub plus a separate shower, in it's own roomette; There was a large vanity, great lighting. The toilet was in it's own separate little room for utmost privacy.

We’re here for our 5th anniversary and we have an amazing room. Rain shower, jacuzzi tub, king bed and it’s very open and bright. I could not be happier. Friendly staff. Quick check in. Quiet area. We love the Spanish Villa Motel the location is amazing and the courtyard is very quiet and clean. The staff is also super friendly especially Alec at the front desk who helped us with everything we needed including extending our stay for a few nights. This is a cozy clean older motel with a kitchen. It is located right across from a lovely park and the beach. It allows dogs too. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The only disadvantage if you don’t have a vehicle is that there are no restaurants close by.

2022-08-27: I have stayed here on a few occasions. I think it is one of the best hotel/resorts in the Okanagan. It is centrally located, has beautiful, comfortable rooms, and great staff. Check and out is easy, and it has great parking which is at a premium on busy days. The Wibit, weekend market, beach, stores, and restaurants are all right around you.

Here for work trip night shift. And my room was right next to new construction. When I told them I would be sleeping in the day time. They moved me to another room witch was an upgrade free of charge. Great people and service.

My husband had booked this cute Bed and Breakfast for our week vacation and I couldn't be happier! The best homemade breakfast everyday (seriously best croissants you'll ever have) and location is so convenient! At 11:05 (5 minutes late for checkout) while my partner was changing The owner walked directly into the room through the interior door. Exits and entrances are on the exterior/ parking side, I didn't even know the door was there until he walked right in without knocking. It was the creepiest experience I've ever had in a motel. This place is our go to motel in Penticton. We stayed here many times during pandemic and during busy summer weekends. They always have a room for us and always accommodate us. Rates are fair. Pool is awesome as the tables and chairs around it.

Excellent! Newly renovated room, lots of hot water, comfy beds, fridge and microwave and great heater / air conditioning unit that was quiet. Price was very fair and overall value was very high. Check in was 2 minutes from start to finish and the owner stayed open late to accommodate a late check in. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

This is our second wonderful stay at E'Laysa. Long story, but my husband crashed on his bike nearby. Silke and Francisco did everything they could to make sure he was comfortable and taken care of before we went on to the hospital. Spent 3 nights at Apple tree in, I had a very comfortable experience, staff was helpful, all around the clock. The room was clean and sanitized. Extra towels we’re providing when asked. The pool was the best part! Haven’t see a pool that well maintain in a long time. Lastly the parking had easy access and alway had room to park my 3500 pickup truck.

Decor is very old with awkward room shape. Lots of waiting for the other person to walk by before you can access any other part of the room. We found a left over shirt and napkins on the ground when we arrived so cleaning crew doesn't seem too thorough. Rooms seem soundproof but the doors to outside are not at all. The fridge was from the cold war I think. It probably costs them more in electricity...

Ok, this is not a 5 star hotel. However, the rooms are very clean and the owners super friendly and helpful. It is a nice motel inside one of the most touristic Canadian towns. Every motel around the town is expensive. This is the best value motel around the area. I loved it!

I would recommend Swiss sunset inn to my friend. New owners are very nice people. They provide everything we need during the stay. They also put new floors and a new fridge in the room.

Beautiful units - spacious, comfortable, and perfectly set up for an Okanagan getaway. Kitchen is well equipped, and lots of options for sleeping spaces. LOVE that it's dog-friendly and the views of the lake are incredible from the property.

My family stayed here for 5 days in August. The place was wonderful. Plenty of room for 5 people and it was very well maintained.
