The staff member who checked us in was very accomodating and helpful. The room was adequate for our one night stay. The second floor hallway smelled liked smoke.

Nice facility....minutes from attractions and downtown. Close to highway and options for food. Well kept place. Only complaint was the rude people next door

not enough wall sockets; bed was up against wall and hard for my wife to get in and out of bed.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room smelled strongly like a cat litter box, which made it hard to relax or feel comfortable. The cleanliness was definitely not up to standard, and to make matters worse, our room keys didn’t work about 90% of the time. Thankfully, we were on the first floor and close to the front desk, or we would’ve been locked out repeatedly. Overall...

I didn't give it many stars although it was good and the staff were very nice and helpful. The only thing was the colour of the room felt like a jail cell, no microwave, no iron and no coffee machine in the room. Overall it was fine.

Good place to stay while in Peterborough. Close to may restaurants, shopping, gas stations, etc. Always have a nice stay there.

Pet friendly. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Would go back next time im in the area. Only complaint - lack of channels on tv.

Staff was nice, breakfast was good and complete. Windows didn't open and a/c had no temperature gauge. Room was very hot even though outside was quite cool

Breakfast was offered. But often late in opening past the time posted so could not take advantage of this offering

Breakfast was late on Sunday, and a refrigerated truck or trailer was nearby that would start and run, that I could hear.

No elevators. Bathroom had no bath tub. Heating unit had no grate on the top. There was garbage left over from other guest do obviously room was t properly cleaned.

Staff was great to deal with. Very impressed with how clean everything was. I didn’t get to use the pool hopefully next time. My dog was happy with our room too. He felt right at home. I had used two other motel in Peterborough before. Comfort Inn was the cleanest and quiet of three of them. Will check in here again.

Fantastic front desk team! They were both friendly and professional and went above and beyond expectations. Rooms were clean and good for the price. Nice breakfast too. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you need a hotel close to the hospital.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel and have to say hands down the best service and staff I've had in a hotel in the past couple of years. I stayed in the King suite with Whirlpool. It was super clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and amenities were good. Every time I left my room, I was greeted by every single staff member that I saw. All were super friendly...you don't get that everywhere...

Fantastic place to stay, this was during COVID-19, although the Government had restrictions they did all they could Breakfast was like a lunch bag, picnic deal very filling. Our room was fantastic, heart shaped 💝 tub, living room, king sized bed, Kelsey's Restaurant we tried, GREAT.

Nice room but the light above the hot tub looks to be falling down any minute. There is mildew around the bottom of the shower. The shampoo was used and 3/4 full. Only one face cloth. When we hopped into bed there was something that felt like sand so the sheets obviously were not changed. Tiles above the hot tub were in disarray and dirty. And I stepped on a couple of items that sort of looked like...

Hotel staff are great, friendly, down to earth and accommodating. People these days though, we Tried for five hours to spend a little bit of pool/hot tub time, families with more than six children made it unbearable to be in the room, I had to leave, take pills, eat food and drink water to recover from the noise and stop my head from throbbing.
