As I live within 30 minutes of Ptbo I have never had the need to stay in a hotel so close to home. An ice storm has left many including myself without power so I was forced to find a hotel. Room was clean, and I was happy to see laminate flooring. Not carpet. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean, parking was super convenient. Area is great. Lots of dining options and the hotel. We travelled from Windsor to see relatives and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Got a fireplace room with jacuzzi for the weekend. The jacuzzi was nice, the fireplace didn't work which was a disappointment. Very clean room. Bed and pillows modern and comfortable. Hotel restaurant served up hot, quick, and delicious food, and all the staff I had an opportunity to interact with were kind and attentive. A really perfect overnight after a frustrating flat tire.

Excellent stay, very friendly staff, accessible ice and vending on every floor. It was a great stay except for a couple minor details: slightly sad that free breakfasts seem to be going out of style, it's paid here. We had the do not disturb sign up in the morning and it was down by 9am, however our room did not get serviced before we came back to it that night. Otherwise a very good stay!

The room was nice, price was reasonable and the service was friendly. My only complaint would be the parking. There isn't much space at the front and no back door.

Newly renovated rooms are huge improvement. No carpet in rooms, makes it feel much cleaner, nice finishes. Bathroom is a little cramped, but nice vanity and good lighting. Room was clean and quiet, no issues.

Bed was comfortable. Deck was a nice touch and a good place to sit and relax. The view of river from the outdoor pavilion was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel right along the river! We splurged and got the king suite, with jacuzzi and fireplace. Fantastic room. Was a good experience. Check in was pleasant, rooms really nice we had a balcony, fireplace and a good sized room .Continental breakfast was good .would definitely recommend as a good spot to stay .

Wonderful hotel w impeccably clean rooms!!! Older decor but the finishes have held up beautifully so not run down at all. Soft sheets, great pillow selection, nice included breakfast, great restaurant right next door, close to lots of shopping, AND FANTASTIC STAFF!!! Everyone was so lovely!

I was in town because a loved one was in the hospital here. I called and they gave me a room at a decent price (with hospital accommodation discount) and it was a beautiful room with a comfortable bed. The room was clean and had a nice chair and desk area where I could also do some work. Surprisingly, one of the cleanest and most upscale hotels I've been in and to my shock, some Hilton rooms are worse kept and maintained than my room here. Maybe they had recent renovations? No clue but the room was a great 10/10. Breakfast next morning was messy though and a bit chaotic with how they spread some items over but ignoring the very... over indulgent guests who stayed that night as well...

Place is clean and smells fresh. Customer service 10/10 Pool and gym are on the smaller end but we're both clean and still enjoyed. We enjoyed our stay at The Quality Inn, Peterborough and would stay there again. The building exterior does require some maintenance. The air conditioning worked very well, breakfast was tasty, and the staff were all very pleasant and accommodating.

Concerned about the tub area. No mat or rough area inside the tub so could slip easily. No bar to hold onto getting out of the tub so that could cause a slip and fall.

Great for our purposes! Price, was best available & refundable to last day if needed. Hotel and parking was great! Wendy's is just around the corner for a snack! Close access to Hwy 7 & 115, to get on the 401 & thru Toronto without tolls. Purpose for stopping here, was to get some shut eye before, tackling or avoiding, the 401 traffic. This is a wonderful spot. Doreen is lovely and inviting and her place is extremely comfortable! The property is large and lovely, there are two canoes for guest use and the Trent Severn waterway is right at her doorstep. It was peaceful and quiet and the alpacas are the perfect extra touch.

Lovely cottage in the city! Canoeing on the canal and feeding the resident alpacas were definitely the highlight of our trip! Doreen is a sweet, lovely host and an animal lover so we learned a lot from her. Perfect location for visiting nature but also doing stuff in downtown Peterborough. We stayed at Liftlock B&B for 3 nights. It is such a clean, quiet place. So much better than a hotel. I like the fact that you can drive up to the door and don't have to walk very far, especially for anyone that can't walk very much. . Doreen is a great hostess. She gives you privacy but is only a doorbell ring away. She shared here alpaca pets with us which was a treat for us. I would stay here...

We started our paddle through Peterborough from Doreen's place. We had a good night's sleep and were delighted with easy access to the canal. Doreen is a gracious host and the suite was wonderful. Many thanks for the delicious muffins that fueled the morning paddle.

The friendly staff of this hotel let us enter our room sooner than the time for check-in, which was a positive experience. The room was large and clean, with a view of the street. Unfortunately, at night due to a club in the neighborhood and noisy crowd, we couldn't sleep well until 3 am!

Everyone at the front fest was really helpful. Our room was nice and cozy. The breakfasts was really great. When I say everyone was helpful, I truly mean that. They answered every question and we’re very absolutely wonderful in fulfilling our needs with printing paperwork. Thank you for the wonderful evening.

Great location with parking nearby. The hotel is a bit dated but it was definitely a very nice place a few years ago.. my room had a fireplace and other nice features. So as long as you don't mind feeling like you're in a different decade you get a good deal for the features included.

Friendly family feel and comfortable rooms. Some updating would improve the breakfast options and frontend feel. A cozy spot!

Stayed 2 nights. Very warm and welcoming hosts, great breakfasts and very happy to have used their firepit. I didn't even have to bring my own firewood. I will definitely come back again and recommend to everyone.

This bed and breakfast was the perfect place to spend the night in Peterborough. The accommodations are very comfortable (awesome comfy bed and a beautiful ensuite bath), and the hosts Jim and Patti were so welcoming and accommodating. We were able to check in much later than expected, and they offered a complimentary breakfast at the time of our choosing as well. Highly recommend!

We've stayed at Twin Pines for 3 nights, and it's been a very pleasant experience. The owners are very friendly, knowledgeable, and have great stories. I would recommend fit to anyone staying in Peterborough!

Guy at the desk was very fast and efficient, accepted cash or debit which no other hotels do anymore cheap, no bugs no stains nothing everything was as clean as can be that’s for sure fridge was ice cold, shower was very hot and comforting try out this hotel next time your on a budget never any problems with this place!

Our only issue was the door knob. She opened it for us, but when we got up in the morning it was still very difficult to get the knob to work again even to go out. Should change to lever handles possibly. We were away all day and someone was parked in our spot, had to park at far end, in the morning found the culprit had moved to another spot. Decent room, nice owners.

I loved the kitschy 80's basement rec room vibe. Everything was clean but dated. I met the Mom and daughter owners. They took good care of me and was not rowdy party place that has ruined other hotel experiences.

Very good for the price. Would return. · Don't look at the exterior as it's an old classic motel. The room was bright, spacious and very clean. It had comfortable beds and all the amenities - wanting nothing really. A very pleasant and helpful owner made for a great stay.
