The staff are absolutely fantastic, So many names to mention ...Sorry, Thomas at the front desk is always willing to help your stay there to be very comfortable as all of the staff are. Very clean room. Bed and pillows modern and comfortable. Hotel restaurant served up hot, quick, and delicious food, and all the staff I had an opportunity to interact with were kind and attentive. A really perfect overnight after a frustrating flat tire.

Excellent staff and service. Great room, nicely updated! Beautiful views overlooking the river with spacious balconys. Still under renovations! Pool is still our favorite part!

Excellent stay, very friendly staff, accessible ice and vending on every floor. It was a great stay except for a couple minor details: slightly sad that free breakfasts seem to be going out of style, it's paid here. We had the do not disturb sign up in the morning and it was down by 9am, however our room did not get serviced before we came back to it that night. Otherwise a very good stay!

The room was nice, price was reasonable and the service was friendly. My only complaint would be the parking. There isn't much space at the front and no back door.

Newly renovated rooms are huge improvement. No carpet in rooms, makes it feel much cleaner, nice finishes. Bathroom is a little cramped, but nice vanity and good lighting. Room was clean and quiet, no issues.

Bed was comfortable. Deck was a nice touch and a good place to sit and relax. The view of river from the outdoor pavilion was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast selection is nicely varied and was quite tasty. I'd definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Lovely hotel right along the river! We splurged and got the king suite, with jacuzzi and fireplace. Fantastic room. Even had a private balcony facing the river (we did not get to enjoy that though, as it was -36°!). Nice clean hotel with super friendly staff. Great pool and hot tub, VERY clean! Did not have that experience at the Orangeville BW a few months ago, so nice to see this place really...

Was a good experience. Check in was pleasant, rooms really nice we had a balcony, fireplace and a good sized room .Continental breakfast was good .would definitely recommend as a good spot to stay .

Wonderful hotel w impeccably clean rooms!!! Older decor but the finishes have held up beautifully so not run down at all. Soft sheets, great pillow selection, nice included breakfast, great restaurant right next door, close to lots of shopping, AND FANTASTIC STAFF!!! Everyone was so lovely!

I was in town because a loved one was in the hospital here. I called and they gave me a room at a decent price (with hospital accommodation discount) and it was a beautiful room with a comfortable bed. The room was clean and had a nice chair and desk area where I could also do some work. The front desk person was amazing (I wish I could remember her name because she was so wonderful and helpful!)....

Surprisingly, one of the cleanest and most upscale hotels I've been in and to my shock, some Hilton rooms are worse kept and maintained than my room here. Maybe they had recent renovations? No clue but the room was a great 10/10. Breakfast next morning was messy though and a bit chaotic with how they spread some items over but ignoring the very... over indulgent guests who stayed that night as well...

Place is clean and smells fresh. Customer service 10/10 Pool and gym are on the smaller end but we're both clean and still enjoyed. Every employee that we encountered was friendly and had a smile. Special thanks to Jake and Valerie at the front desk for all of their help they provided. My whole family had a 2-day trip in Peterborough, and I can't find anything negative to say about this hotel. Was just splendid staying the two nights the bed was really comfortable and the room was nicely heated there's was no noise whatsoever everything is super close if it wasn't cold I wouldn't even drive the quality INN also has complimentary breakfast which tbh doesn't look bad whatsoever they actually serve eggs love it

Our trip was not a good one, the ride down was in snow squalls and the reasoning for our visit was awful. We walked in to a bright smiled lovely lady named Caroline. She was very happy to serve us. She found out why we were there and empathy poured out of her. She even brought us special treats to our room. She was excellent, kind and a wicked sense of humor. I stayed overnight here with a friend on December 8th and then the holidays happened and it has been niggling away at me that I need to write the review because our stay was exceptional. For a 2 star hotel, this place was great! Perfect for families and couples. We had a basic room with two double beds. Room came with a mini fridge/tiny freezer and a microwave- perfect for easy meals. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Friendliest staff ever, and very accommodating. Breakfast is standard hotel fare, but what a treat to be able to use China plates and coffee mugs.

Located off of Lansdowne street, with plenty of parking. The rooms are always clean and tidy, and the hotel always rectifies anything I need in my room. Rooms are standard for a motel, and the one huge bonus is the walk out ground-level rooms

Staff was great to deal with. Very impressed with how clean everything was. I didn’t get to use the pool hopefully next time. My dog was happy with our room too. He felt right at home. I had used two other motel in Peterborough before. Comfort Inn was the cleanest and quiet of three of them. Will check in here again.

Fantastic front desk team! They were both friendly and professional and went above and beyond expectations. Rooms were clean and good for the price. Nice breakfast too. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you need a hotel close to the hospital.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel and have to say hands down the best service and staff I've had in a hotel in the past couple of years. I stayed in the King suite with Whirlpool. It was super clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and amenities were good. Every time I left my room, I was greeted by every single staff member that I saw. Fantastic place to stay, this was during COVID-19, although the Government had restrictions they did all they could Breakfast was like a lunch bag, picnic deal very filling. Our room was fantastic, heart shaped 💝 tub, living room, king sized bed, Kelsey's Restaurant we tried, GREAT.

Nice room but the light above the hot tub looks to be falling down any minute. There is mildew around the bottom of the shower. The shampoo was used and 3/4 full. Only one face cloth. Hotel staff are great, friendly, down to earth and accommodating. People these days though, we Tried for five hours to spend a little bit of pool/hot tub time, families with more than six children made it unbearable to be in the room, I had to leave, take pills, eat food and drink water to recover from the noise and stop my head from throbbing. I didn't give it many stars although it was good and the staff were very nice and helpful. The only thing was the colour of the room felt like a jail cell, no microwave, no iron and no coffee machine in the room. Overall it was fine.

Stayed here for a couple of days last week while our floors were being refinished in our home. Lori ( not sure of spelling) at the front desk is awesome! She was so helpful! My partner booked us a room here to see a show in town and autumn helped us out with our room. She was so sweet and courteous. They are lucky to have someone as professional as her. Room was good for one night!

I had previously wrote a bad review but then realized that I had this motel mixed up with a different one. Motel 6 is clean, nice, well taken care of, and nice to stay at. Very comfortable. Only issue I had was that I don't have a credit card and they won't allow you to leave a deposit instead.. I'm sure a few bad guests ruined that for everyone. I apologize for the mix up.

For the 126 per night, it was money well spent. We brought our own pillows and blankets as I do not trust any hotel's bedding after watching Inside Edition. Inside Edition went to the best 5 star hotels and used a UV light on the bedding, pillow cases and bedding was not replaced with clean. Hair in the tub. Stains on the towels. Asked for extra towels, and they advise to bring your own lol. Motel...

The front desk employees at night needed to be more sympathetic to the costumer. One night someone on our floor was smoking pot and the front desk didn't sympylise with us at all. I also want you to know that are rooms were nice and clean and the second night we slept like babies.

Nice quiet cottage atmosphere. The owner Doreen welcomed us showed us around . Room was clean and very comfortable. Had access to canoes and swimming pool and fishing from the dock. Would definitely return next time were I'm the area

This is a wonderful spot. Doreen is lovely and inviting and her place is extremely comfortable! The property is large and lovely, there are two canoes for guest use and the Trent Severn waterway is right at her doorstep. It was peaceful and quiet and the alpacas are the perfect extra touch.

Lovely cottage in the city! Canoeing on the canal and feeding the resident alpacas were definitely the highlight of our trip! Doreen is a sweet, lovely host and an animal lover so we learned a lot from her. Perfect location for visiting nature but also doing stuff in downtown Peterborough. We were there for Musicfest which is a great series of free outdoor concerts through the summer. Lots of good...

We stayed at Liftlock B&B for 3 nights. It is such a clean, quiet place. So much better than a hotel. I like the fact that you can drive up to the door and don't have to walk very far, especially for anyone that can't walk very much. . Doreen is a great hostess. She gives you privacy but is only a doorbell ring away. She shared here alpaca pets with us which was a treat for us. I would stay here...

We started our paddle through Peterborough from Doreen's place. We had a good night's sleep and were delighted with easy access to the canal. Doreen is a gracious host and the suite was wonderful. Many thanks for the delicious muffins that fueled the morning paddle.

The friendly staff of this hotel let us enter our room sooner than the time for check-in, which was a positive experience. The room was large and clean, with a view of the street. Unfortunately, at night due to a club in the neighborhood and noisy crowd, we couldn't sleep well until 3 am!

Everyone at the front fest was really helpful. Our room was nice and cozy. The breakfasts was really great. When I say everyone was helpful, I truly mean that. They answered every question and we’re very absolutely wonderful in fulfilling our needs with printing paperwork. Thank you for the wonderful evening.

Great location with parking nearby. The hotel is a bit dated but it was definitely a very nice place a few years ago.. my room had a fireplace and other nice features. So as long as you don't mind feeling like you're in a different decade you get a good deal for the features included.

Friendly family feel and comfortable rooms. Some updating would improve the breakfast options and frontend feel. A cozy spot!

Stayed 2 nights. Very warm and welcoming hosts, great breakfasts and very happy to have used their firepit. I didn't even have to bring my own firewood. I will definitely come back again and recommend to everyone.

This bed and breakfast was the perfect place to spend the night in Peterborough. The accommodations are very comfortable (awesome comfy bed and a beautiful ensuite bath), and the hosts Jim and Patti were so welcoming and accommodating. We were able to check in much later than expected, and they offered a complimentary breakfast at the time of our choosing as well. Highly recommend!

We've stayed at Twin Pines for 3 nights, and it's been a very pleasant experience. The owners are very friendly, knowledgeable, and have great stories. I would recommend fit to anyone staying in Peterborough!

Such a wonderful B&B. The couple is so warm and welcoming. We stayed in the Cardinal room which was great. We never heard other guests and had an overall great stay! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Guy at the desk was very fast and efficient, accepted cash or debit which no other hotels do anymore cheap, no bugs no stains nothing everything was as clean as can be that’s for sure fridge was ice cold, shower was very hot and comforting try out this hotel next time your on a budget never any problems with this place!

Our only issue was the door knob. She opened it for us, but when we got up in the morning it was still very difficult to get the knob to work again even to go out. Should change to lever handles possibly. We were away all day and someone was parked in our spot, had to park at far end, in the morning found the culprit had moved to another spot. I loved the kitschy 80's basement rec room vibe. Everything was clean but dated. I met the Mom and daughter owners. They took good care of me and was not rowdy party place that has ruined other hotel experiences.

Group of 10 guys rented 5 rooms. Decent little motel for a weary traveller, fisherman or hunter. Close to restaurants, gas stations and town in general. Place is older so it has the expected wear, but it's clean, owners are super friendly and would give you the shirt off their back to male you happy... Stayed here over the Labor Day holiday weekend and couldn't have been more pleased. So peaceful, and so well kept. Immaculately clean, super comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast (Cora is a great cook), and so friendly. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Will always stay here now. :)
