Emmanual & Torrence are very accomodating and pleasant as always.
Only issue is the heater/a.c is old and hard to adjust. Hopefully new ones might be installed.

Our room was very comfortable, with fridge and microwave available. Wonderful full course breakfast… more than i expected. Quiet. I will be booking here in the future.

Check-in was a delight. The young gentleman who helped us was efficient, friendly and had a great smile. The room, as always, was clean and well-maintained. We stay 2 nights and the bed were made up on the second day nicely. The air conditioning could have been a wee bit cooler, and the hallways were very stuffy and hot. The breadfast was suffient enough to get us on our way. Thank you for a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay at The Quality Inn, Peterborough and would stay there again. The building exterior does require some maintenance. The air conditioning worked very well, breakfast was tasty, and the staff were all very pleasant and accommodating.

There was literally a poop stain or something on our bed sheets and then we were given a fitted sheet to sleep under for the night. Horrible!

Clean room, comfortable bed. Windows can’t open for fresh air and tv had no guide or channel to know what to watch.

Renovated throughout. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, and the staff are very welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

We travelled from Windsor to see relatives and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We booked directly through the hotel and yet there was still some issue with the pricing we got quoted but it was quickly cleared up. I was a little concerned when we seen a cop car sitting near the front door but the person at the desk was very friendly and welcoming we even had a little laugh together. The room was a good size and had all we needed. The breakfast which was included was good too. Even though it is an older building it was clean and in good shape. The only recommendation I would have is that there is somewhere in the bathroom to put supplies so you don't have to put your stuff on the floor in a bag. There is definitely enough room to put a little table in the bathroom to hold a bag with you bathroom necessities' well women's necessities. Overall friendly staff and a great stay.
