A nice hotel but expensive for a three star. Liked the hotel entrance and its guest areas. Pool changing rooms not kept clean during the five nights we stayed with them. Rooms ok try for a ocean view it does make a difference. Food quite good. Restaurant staff friendly all other staff including whom I believe to be the manager not so. LOVED the tart shop just inside the hotel. Spa area quite nice...

It is an odd-looking building for the location - makes you feel like you're in the Bahamas! (not a bad thing). It is a great location, with a fantastic view of the Olympic Mountains. The grill is great value or there's a cool little cafe. Sitting out in the courtyard is my favorite area. Whiffin Spit is a nice walk from here.

Highly recommend this resort! It feels like you’re somewhere almost tropical with the decor, plants and resort like feel! It has amazing balcony views of the harbour and has the best Coffee/Desserts shop right in the foyer of the hotel! And if you’re really excited about it. They have a tv in the bathroom for while you have a bubble bath 😉

This resort has the most stunning and serene view! The location was easy to find and we were warmly greeted upon arrival. We stayed in the rooftop suite, which had a large private patio and private hot tub. Everything was nice and clean and the bed was comfy and placed in the perfect spot to wake up with gorgeous ocean views. I would highly recommend checking out this gem of a spot!

This resort is staggeringly beautiful. We watched a pod of orcas swim by from the breakfast table. It's quiet, serene, secluded, and beautifully appointed. We rented the ocean house for a family long weekend and it was fantastic. Simply stunning.

After staying at Point West Oceanfront Resort my husband and I are already planning our 2nd trip. We were greeted by Veronica who was very pleasant and very accommodating. Our suite was fully equipped with no expenses spared, amazing, clean and comfortable. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Definitely a 5 star resort.

I love this place so much. I felt so at home. Our little cabin was so cozy. They had supplied homemade slippers, jam, muffins and snacks. There is a private dock where seals lie in the sun. In summer you can go whale watching. You can walk along the beach and see the beautiful scenery.

We couldnt say enough nice things about this B&B. Three of us comfortably spent a weekend enjoying the sites and comfort of Sooke in a well priced accommodation. Breakfast and snacks were delicious and well appreciated. 100% will return again!

Exceeded our expectations, we stayed for one night, we were two adults, one kid and a baby, we got the royal suite room with the private bathroom. You would have everything included in the rooms wifi, towels, soap, shampoo and everything. The owners were very friendly.

Not sure why it has less than 4 stars. Sure, the curbside appeal isn't the best but we absolutely loved our stay here. The hosts are extremely sweet, the beds are insanely comfortable, the breakfast is adequate and it's in a great location in the middle of a forest, plus they are very dog friendly. Charming spot and genuine welcoming hosts. We had the Studio suite for 4 nights. Small but cozy unit with everything you need to prepare great meals. Perfect for a couple. We had the unit closest to the ocean which is a premier unit. It was FANTASTIC! I am not sure I would feel as positive about being up in the parking lot area. The hosts were really amazing people, friendly and very accomodating. Recommend you stay there if you are in the need of accomodation.

The two of us had a wonderful time at Shoreview. The house was perfect for us, as was the location on the lake. The house is very well supplied and very clean. The pellet stove was great on some cold winter mornings. Janette was most hospitable and helpful. We recommend it.

This home is so good it is almost unbelievable. This home is immaculate, you could eat off the floor. Anything that you need is at your fingertips and many things that you never even considered needing like dog food, a teapot, red Solo cups and spices. Unfortunately we only stayed one night in this beautiful B&B. We had the "Serengeti" and the "Hemingway" suite. Both were very lovely and cozy. Charly and Patti are very friendly and have a lot of tips for places to visit. If we come back to Victoria we will definitely book this B&B again!

We had a great stay the host are extremely sweet and the room was very clean. It is outside the Victoria hussle so, it was quite. The breakfast was huge and they catered to food allergies.

In 1995 my husband and I stayed in the Cottage at Heathergate House and loved it. I had the wonderful opportunity to stay there again recently with three family members. Highlights: We stayed in their charming Victorian house for two nights and loved it. Great location and comfortable bed. We’d stay here again. Low points: Although the beer was good, the food and service in the restaurant was mediocre at best. We ended up eating elsewhere for most of our visit. I had a great two-night stay in the Heritage House. The staff were all accommodating and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I do wish there had been a mini fridge but it was a very minor inconvenience. The complementary breakfast in the brewpub is a fantastic value. If you're staying in Victoria and don't need to be right downtown I highly recommend Spinnakers!

Have had the pleasure of staying here twice and I would never leave if given the chance. Everyone is beyond friendly. The rooms are so clean and beautiful. And the sunsets are out of this world!

Exactly what we expected from a WorldMark stay - lovely rooms, comfy beds, adequately stocked kitchen, outdoor pool and hot tub, convenient parking, and a great location. I appreciated the gym and the staff was available whenever needed. Beautiful views, too. It was an easy walk to the ferry and all the hot spots in Victoria. We'll definitely be back!

I stayed for a week in a two bedroom suite overlooking fisherman’s wharf. The unit was really well kept with great features and a wonderful view. The staff were excellent as well. They really added to the experience and comfort by making people feel relaxed and at home. I will definitely stay here again.

This particular WorldMark location is fantastic. On the harbor view side you can see the ferry, watch planes land and take off from the water, and see a draw bridge in action in the distance. Its only a 15 or 20 minute walk along the water to get downtown to see the sights so driving isn't necessary for many things. Had a wonderful night stay here this past weekend. The concierge was great and the shuttle into town was a nice amenity. My husband loved that the pool opened at 6 and the view while swimming. Everyone we talked to were very polite and kind. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

The staff at the front desk were amazing...very friendly and any time we needed something they would get it for us. We were there for 12 nights and the only complaints I have is about the housekeeping staff...for example...when I asked one of the guys to clean the toilet he brushed inside the bowl a little bit...leaving it still dirty inside and he did not clean the outside at all. Marketa's B&B is charming with character, located in the quiet and lovely James Bay area. The rooms are clean and beds so comfortable! And the breakfast which is included with each stay is sooo delicious! Marketa as well as her staff serving the breakfast in the mornings are all very hospitable! I will be back for sure!

Very nice experience at Marketa's B&B in the honeymoon bedroom! The location is great (downtown 5 min walk from the legislative assembly), the rooms are spacious, the decoration is well chosen, the breakfast is delicious and homemade, and the bed is comfortable. This was the second time I stayed at this location. The rooms are clean and the service at the front desk is 5 star. This is a pet friendly accommodation however be advised there is a fee associated. The rooms were exceptionally clean with housekeeping being very attentive and friendly. The views were very nice. The service was excellent, but the breakfast was willfully meager and disappointing. Considering the other hotels in the area that serve excellent breakfast there's no excuse for the repetitive and unappetizing breakfast that was served in the six days I stayed there.
