Fairmont Empress Hotel

Speaking of Victoria, this is the place to be! This is such a famous hotel. The rooms were spacious and we were able to stay comfortably even with our two children. The European atmosphere inside and outside the hotel really lifts your spirits.
The service was also polite, and they were especially considerate, bringing extra water for our children.
You can immerse yourself in the cute atmosphere of Victoria.

Although the building is old, the room is very clean and bright, and the decoration is very tasteful. All kinds of sanitary products are available, and it feels like home! The most praiseworthy thing is the big bed, which is not only clean and tidy, but also gives you a "weightless" feeling when sleeping on it! The hotel is located in the seaside harbor, surrounded by British shops and various restaurants and bars, giving people the illusion of going to Europe. In one word: Thumbs up!

The staff are very nice, and everything is clean. As a clean freak, I would definitely choose this hotel if I come to Victoria again.

Fairmont seems to be a luxurious five star hotel. Nevertheless it’s a bit over-expected. The room is very small, and the toilet can only be used by one single person each time, which is very inconvenient if you go with young kids. High tea quality is unexpectedly low, the environment is good but the staff are not enough. The food is simply not delicate for such a renowned five star restaurant.

The hotel is in a very good location, with a large lawn and flowers in the front yard, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and playing. It is very pet-friendly and free of charge. The hotel is large and old, with many rooms, and the quilts are soft and comfortable to sleep.

The room was comfortable and big enough. The building is really magnificent and the location is right in the city center. But there are too many rooms in the hotel and too many corridors. I always couldn't find my room.

I’ve always wanted to stay at this iconic hotel. The room was comfy and the staff was friendly. Of course the location is pefect. I had to walk a long way down 3-4 hallways to get to my room which I thought was to get to my lovely “city view” room but no. My “view” was into other rooms.
