On the mountains , good location on the way to Troodos mountains. Fully renovated and very good services. The breakfast was also very good with many options.

In November we made two different reservations, beginning and end of the month, they gave us almost the same room, i.e. it was 223, then 225, the rooms have air conditioning and heating, all controlled by the management, if they want, they can set this provision for you!! Great place for a short vacation. Very close to a group of popular destinations in the area which includes the Troodos Observatory and the famous village of Agros.

Lovely place if you want complete peace and quiet. Don't expect bells and whistles basic and comfortable. The owner was a lovely man couldn't do enough. The next village down the road is about 6 minutes away by car. Plenty to eat and if you're English nice pub. We live over here so nice change.

Stayed in this older style hotel for two nights while in the mountains. Really nice breakfast in the grape vine covered court yard. Nice little pool overlooking the village. The staff were very helpful, informative and polite. The manager cut a bunch of grapes for us when we mentioned them at breakfast.

Stayed here in August.... it was tranquil, relaxing and peaceful. This is where you come if you simply want to just stop and recover from the daily grind of life. Trifona the owner was a gentleman. He looked after us really well and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Very much a boutique hotel but nice with it. The staff as others have said were lovely. It is a small rural village but take the time to explore the tiny backstreets. Utterly charming.

One of the best places I’ve ever been. Super clean with a breathing view. Breakfast made of local products and you can eat it on the terrace enjoying the sun. Interior is made out of old renovated mountain style building. I highly recommend this place to stay 👌

We stayed as a couple for a weekend city escape and it was exactly what we needed. Traditionally designed filly equipped for cooking with a few table games and a garden that o ersees the mountains. What more can you ask for? Oh for a sauna bath tub 💜

The room I saw was a good room. You had everything you needed, except for a water boiler. That would be nice for a cup of tea in the morning and evening.

This is a hotel with restaurant available to non-hotel guests. It is at the roundabout on Troodos square. We visited on Sunday lunchtime which was busy. They have a buffet but we ordered something simpler from the menu. Service could have been friendlier and there were a lot of young children running around uncontrolled. We visited the restaurant just for dinner. The atmosphere was very cozy! Hot chocolate with marshmallows was amazingly tasty and the soups delicious!!! We had a mushroom soup and a veggie soup..both portions were big and very satisfactory.

Lovely stay in the centre of Kakopetria. You can walk to the nearby village Galata without even knowing it since the two villages have reached both their borders. It is a lovely and cozy 2.5km walk from this hotel. Mrs Maria who is the owner is very polite and supportive

To say we got a room at all on christmas day is almost beyond belief. The hotel was fully booked and busy with guests, the owner gave us a friendly welcome and couldn't believe we had walked 30km to Kakopetria that day in cold winter weather. The location was good and there was free wifi, hot water and heating all the time. The rooms were as clean as possible ( didn't really had high expectations ) and the breakfast was okay as well. My first time was when it was renovated back in 2013 and overall it was very good! I went back for a second visit in August 2020 and luckily we were given the same room as in 2013 (The MG suite). It seems like they don't look after the rooms a lot. 2 of the 4 bulbs of the light feature where blown out. The wallpaper behind the bed was hanging off the wall and part of the ceiling was stained due to...

Very old hotel very poor renovation we should pay half the price. The breakfast few things no fruits just the picture below. Full of school pupils noisy. The only thing i liked was the waterfall sound of the river below and the great view of it in the morning.

What a special venue! It is located in the middle of the Old Kakopetria. It is a old building complex that has been restored and has so much character. The breakfast was rich and good. Value/Price rate is sooooo high!

Everything here is magical and outstanding. Perfectly appointed and maintained hotel, spotlessly clean, ample breakfast, spacious rooms and bathrooms and the most idyllic location imaginable. A glorious balcony to dine on, day and night. One cannot recommend The Mill enough.

Stayed at the hotel and ate at the restaurant too. The hotel for its prices, I was expecting more “luxury” in the rooms and at the welcome. The rooms have a lot of character and tradition but bathroom could have been renovated to support the prices. (€170 for one night and the jacuzzi bath tab has extreme damage). We did not visit the hotel but instead had a meal at the restaurant. What can I say? I have heard a lot about this place and wanted to experience it for myself. The view is exquisite. Most of Kakopetria village is visible from there. The food is in a league of its own. The owners and service are delightful. I can not recommend this place enough. If you love food with a view, you will not be disappointed

Spectacular views, very average food and service. We stopped here for lunch and ordered a variety of hot apetizers. We were delivered dishes we did not order and were generally not very impressed with the overall quality and presentation of our food.

Very nice room, spacious and quite modern with a great bathroom. The breakfast, although not a buffet it was simple but very good. You get a drink of your choice, toasted bread, ham cheese cucumber tomato, jam and butter, fried hallumi fried egg and fried traditional sausage. It was delicious.

Excellent view of the village of Kakopetria and the mountains. Breakfasts are a solid five: sliced ​​ham, cheese, butter, bread, vegetables, scrambled eggs, sausages, fried fetta cheese. Beautiful hotel in the mountains! Stayed for three nights as a change to a coastal holiday to explore and hike in the Troodos mountains. Lovely furnishings and finishes in the rooms. Good quality beds and bedding and a perfect meal. Comfort and luxury and stunning views from the balcony. Could not have asked for anything better.

Lovely rooms, fantastic location but they advertise a bar, sorry but you cannot use it unless you book in advance. We stayed for 2 nights and were not allowed a drink either night due to not booking, there was no requirement when we booked to do this. We had a lovely suite on the third floor. However what is not written anywhere is that to get to these rooms you have to walk up a steep, open stepped staircase, there must be people who have booked these rooms who could not walk up these stairs. The hotel is quite old, and while the room had air-conditioning and a nice shower, there wasn’t really anything special about it. The breakfast was limited and didn’t offer much variety, which was disappointing. I also feel the hotel is overpriced for what it provides. The location and the view from the windows are stunning with all the pine trees right next to the balconies and the mountain views all around. This hotel is very well located in the center of the village and offers an excellent service, as well as a delicious breakfast for a reasonable price. So not much to report about except for the size of the rooms : very small, and the bathrooms: tiny. A pity, otherwise it would be perfect.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but stopped by for refreshing smoothies. The smoothie was made from local fruits and was absolutely delicious with beautiful presentation. We had a little chat with lovely manager Chara, she was so sweet and gave us some plums from their garden to go. Highly recommend this place!

We wanted a budget friendly place to use as our base camp as we would be out hiking the natural trails and this small place was recommended to us. Absolutely charming hotel up in the mountains in a beautiful village. Having a steam room and hot tub amongst the trees of the forest took the whole experience to the next level. Andrea’s the manager there was so kind and helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable.

This is a boutique hotel situated in a quiet location in a pine forest above a small mountain village. I had an excellent meal and a comfortable bed. Internal stairs, so not suitable for disabled customers.

We stopped by at this hidden gem with some friends that know the village well. The hotel is lovely, the food , exceptional!! What a great find, the chef is so good , the hotel is so Nicky laid out and am impressed by the herb and vegetable garden for the kitchen! Highly recommend you searching this hidden gem out.

After several positive recommendations, specifically for the food, finally we spent a weekend with a good bunch of friends. Our initial plan was to go for a tour on Sunday and have lunch elsewhere. Me and my friends were out here for 2 nights. We found in the toilet cupboard smashed wood that made holes and we found dirt in them, we obviously didn't put anything in there.
